I came to get some help with existing can lights that were flickering after I changed the switches for them.  Mike T. took his time to figure out the best product which works with my existing cans and lightbulbs. The second issue I came in with was regarding a fan with a built in LED light that only came with a remote control and was not compatible with a regular fan light switch. I came in here 3 days ago I usually get my stuff picked up from someone else but this was the first time I stopped by the store an I met the most disrespectful ignorant worker there was his name was Matt posner, everytime I kept asking a question he said figure it out yourself I ain’t got time to help, what kind of place hires someone this bad, for a type of person like him to work there I would of thought they would have a diploma but guess not since he’s retarted, I suggest you guys fire this loser or you will lose all my business you will never see again $25,000 every month, until he’s gone my business...

Supply staff are both rude and dismissive of me. No attempt was made to help, only to get me out of the way. Staff member treated me as ignorant and a bother our entire conversation. Sales staff didn't bother helping me find a replacement part, and argued with my parts capability ( Saying a 250v rated switch was actually 24v rated) despite its labeling stating the extent of its capability.
