Subway — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

This review is behalf of my wife. I do not write reviews but the treatment i received today forced me to make other customer aware what they are going into. I visited this location and last time probably. I asked for lettuce in my subway pizza and the guy denied so rudely. when i mentioned that i normally get it in all other subways i have been to he argued with me saying when you go to dominos do they give you toppings for free? there will be extra charge! although there is no were written for veggie subway you should pay extra if you want more than 3 toppings! That location does not care about customer service at all. I recommend do not go there and spoil your mood! if there is option of zero start i would have done that this location does not deserve even 1 star rating! There is a Hindu guy working there which is very rude when asked for a spoon he gave me a spoon without a plastic wrapper and told me that I have to pay for his spoon to be wrapped after asking what's his name he told me Zegel. I told him it's covid now and I'd like to have my spoon in a rapper not touched all over by him and again he told me to send money to Subway what!!! After I asked him what is the store number so I could file a complaint he told me he will call the cops -10 Stars. Friday, March 15 at 9:50. My boyfriend and I had been waiting in line for about five or more minutes while the worker served the customer in front of us. When it got to our turn, she denied us service claiming that it’s closing time. I had a hard time understanding why she wouldn’t have told us that earlier while we waited in line, and why she would rather spend 5 minutes to argue with a customer instead of simply making one sandwich.
