Used to be a fun place to go, unfortunately if you are a golfer DO NOT waste your time and patience with All Star West. I visited the driving range 4 times in 3 weeks and was met with all types of lousy excuses as to why it was not open; the grass was too wet (which I could understand the first time, however not the subsequent 3 times), their cart was unable to pick up balls, too wet again, and lastly (which is why I'm writing this) they did not have enough golf balls! A Driving Range with ~50 bays and NO GOLF BALLS!!! There was no one else even using the range!! Probably turned away just like we were! I will never go back to this place.
Very frustrating as you can imagine, this place needs a change of management if not more. Any entertainment venue ran this way will surely fail, it is certainly not entertaining or enjoyable.
And I don't know if it just different management or what the case may be, but;
ALL STAR EAST = Never closed for ridiculous reasons, always have nice Top Flite yellow practice balls, treat you with respect and don't shut the lights off on you; sure East's hours are little shorter and the range isn't as big or nice, their rates might even be a little higher, but I can guarantee you if I'm not at my local course, it is worth the drive, this is the...
Read moreSunday early afternoon / 01:00-03:30 PM visit. We came here for a birthday party scheduled event. Our host arrived and the facility did not show a scheduled birthday and mentioned the manager didn’t put it on the schedule. They staff set up the birthday party event and left. We never saw anyone come after that. They didn’t provide the host with everything included in the party. We had terrible service even when hundreds of dollars were spent, but we did try to make the best of it. Multiple machines took our the coins and trying to track down a staff member or to even get a staff member’s attention (as they are helping other guests) was very inconvenient. Finally, the last draw was the air hockey table. It was missing the puck and when I went to the staff member, the staff member stated “kick the metal part one each side a couple of times and if nothing comes out, come back and we will get someone to help.” I attempted this and nothing came out. I came back and the response was “we are getting someone to fix it.” No sign was placed on the machine. No staff member came. Multiple people tried to use the machine. I notified the handful of groups that went to try to use the machines and notified them. They thanked me, but I eventually had to leave. This is...
Read moreIf it was 2015 this place would be amazing. However it's 9 years after that and let's see what's changed.
Prices have doubled, games are the similar and even more broken. Batting Cages are in complete disrepair, laser tag has fewer vests and the snack bars prices are insane. No wonder why they say no outdoor food or drink outside. The place is worse than the state fair in prices. Go elsewhere until prices go down or quality goes up. Bring your muffins elsewhere guys until prices go down for attractions.
Visit 2: Our family decided to have a second visit to see if anything had really changed (and it was our sons birthday). In 4 weeks of posting this edit and here is what I need to say. The staff are correct about things getting repaired. Last time care bares was out of order however we seen that it was working and even won! Its rare to see arcades actually being honest with prizes and getting a bunch of the tootsies rolls candy was defiantly worth it. Yes, games are still old but we had a talk about how often they get new games and I'm starting to understand why now. Probably should have invested in more than just KONG. Go Karts were closed unfortunately due to the rain but overall it seems like the place got a...
