Stopped here during a drive because my young daughter had a bathroom emergency. To our shock, the restroom was out of service with no explanation, no alternate option, nothing. This is completely unacceptable for a public gas station. Basic facilities like a working restroom should always be available, especially when families rely on them in urgent situations.
