I’m only giving one star because Google is making me...I ordered from LaChinita on Broadway through the Uber App. I ordered a Chicken Taco Salad. In the note section I specifically said in all caps that I didn’t want any beans. I received my salad covered in beans!
I also ordered the Chicken Flour Tacos. Under the description of the tacos it does not include the fact that they put refried beans on them. If it did I would have put down on the note section that I didn’t want any beans. So I got those covered in beans too.
I ordered a $3 pint of mild sauce and paid for it. But I didn’t receive it!
When I called the store to let them know how screwed up my order was. The guy that answered the phone, also claiming to be the manager was incredibly rude to me. He literally spent the entire conversation arguing with me and making it out to be my fault that they messed up my order. No apologies whatsoever and he even went as far as to blatantly LIE to me about what he can see in his system vs what I type in on the Uber App. The reason I know he’s lying is because everything I put in the note section under my taco salad ( like all the add on’s I wanted) were included in my order. So I know they saw that. It was in front of all of that where I put in all caps NO BEANS. But he lied to me and told me that he couldn’t see the no beans part...uh huh..sure ya couldn’t.
He did not offer up a refund for the fact that they charged me for my pint of salsa even though I didn’t get it. He didn’t offer up anything. Pretty sad that this is the way he chose to treat me, considering my mother and I order from there all the time. I will NEVER be ordering from LaChinita on Broadway again.

Read moreThis used to be one of my favorites. I ordered the Mexican steak. I received the T-Bone. If there's multiple steaks, then I don't understand why my waiter didn't verify. I'll eat this mistake, but I won't make the mistake of eating here again. This is tragic.
As a side note, the T-Bone tasted great, so if you'd like to gamble on what you get, then I'd recommend this place. For me, I prefer getting what I order.
No Abraham, you didn't verify. If you had given me the correct order. If you had, then I'm sure I would've had the correct order. As I said in my review, I would eat the mistake, but I won't make the mistake of returning. If these reviews actually matter to you, then may I suggest getting your customers' orders correct. You make quality food. If you serve your customers what they order, then you'll likely get a much different rating. I arrived at the store at 4:57 and walked into the restaurant at 5:01. The order said it was to be ready at 5:03. They claimed the order had been ready for a long time before that? How is that my problem. I arrived at the store 2 minutes after receiving the notification for the order.
