I have to say, this was one of my best customer service experiences by far. I went to this Cricket with the expectation of just changing service from one company to another. Kimberly and Aeriel went above and beyond to not only change my service quickly but also be sure my son's service was changed in Illinois as smoothly as possible. When I walked in, there was a customer there that was doing her best to "get something for nothing". In mid-conversation with the customer, her disgruntled boyfriend came inside spouting vulgarities and both of these ladies handled the situation so well! They were professional, educated both of the customers about the available options, and repeated answers as needed. Not once did they lose their smile. I was impressed. Once the customer and her disgruntled partner left, it was my turn. They apologized for my wait and answered every question I had. Not only did they make sure I was satisfied and thoroughly informed of the steps, they contacted the Cricket where my son lives and helped with the process to get him switched over as well! They activated our phones, made sure we had service, turned on our HBOMax, showed me how to log into Cricket's website, informed me about all of the array of options and took their time. This was close to closing time and they didn't rush me so they could close. Any time I've ever had a question since that day, they're quick to answer the phone and answer my questions. There not very sociable i guess the manager is too involved into other things on the computer the employee outside talking to someone, manager did ask how can i help you then you tell her she too involved with her computer and then sit there waiting and the one outside comes back in she never says anything till he ask can i help with anything i finally asked do i need to get a new sims card never even looks at my phone. Not the first time going into the williamston store it was like this. And make sure you check your bill when you buy a phone they say the give you something free but they dont they take 10.00 on there then take 9.99 off and gives you a set of ear buds. They charge u first and you dont even ask for them. I will go to one in anderson store if i need anything or if i dont go to another provider i think another provider will be more like it. Read moreThe employee I have dealt with is very nice but I paid in cash and did not receive the correct change back...no coins at all. I feel like when I added a line I was over charged and "received a free charger" (I didn't ask for) but going through the receipt later on I realized I was only given a minor discount. What should have cost around $35 ended up being almost $50. I also didn't know there is a $4 service fee for going inside to pay. I had a much better experience overall at the Cricket store in Simpsonville, SC and will be dealing with them...
