When I moved we were never given a formal copy of our agreement. They left our apartment open and left the key in a kitchen cabinet. The first week, the ceilings were leaking. Our carpet was soaked from a foundation issue. One of our dressers got water damaged. The maintenance said they would get a machine to soak up the water, but that never happened. We got flyers in the mail letting all residents know when the air filters would be replaced. That never happened! We've had ant issues, that I ended up treating myself. The grass and bushes are not being maintained and I actually am trimming and mulching my own bushes. Everytime I turn around, we are discovering a new leak, or things just randomly break. We have to email corporate to get anything done.I do however, like all of my neighbors and we all ban together and help each other out. There is no pool. There is a playground suitable for children 5 and under. In perfect walking distance of the Spring Water Park, and the Armory Fitness Gym ( 24 hours) The current office manager works 3 days a week. There is an on site laundry facility available to residents. Sometimes the water gets shut off, so it's best to have your own appliances. The water bill is about $45.00 higher than expected because you have to pay for sewer fees as well. I give this a 3 star rating especially because of the rental price. In our building there is an outdoor light that is hanging by a few wires. We've had to email corporate just to get things done. Be careful, there online payment platform doesn't calculate correctly. We paid two months in advance and it said we owed money instead of being ahead. It got resolved once we emailed corporate. This has happened to other renters here as well. The gutters need to be cleaned out. They are overflowing and splattering inside my closed window. After a rain shower, I closed the curtain and my windowsill was a puddle. I had a bookshelf and a laptop near by luckily nothing was damaged! Updated: maintenance got me an air filter, worked on my toilet, and few other things needing fixing..

My sister moved in today. The place was not cleaned. The water was not turned on the ac didn’t work. 85 degrees in the apartment. Multiply vents missing. Fridge doesn’t keep anything cold. Smears all over bathroom windows, electrical outlets yellow yet walls are white. Breezeway electrical outlet hanging off the wall, light missing on the ceiling with exposed wires. Called to have water turned on and ac fixed no answer. I myself will be contacting fire Marshall and every inspector I can think of. 1200$ with ac and water included with nothing working is a joke. I will hit up shed and everyone I know of to get money back ect and shut this place down if things aren’t addressed. I work in construction with new apartment buildings and these buildings are not up to code at all. The property manager should be ashamed of themselves for letting things get to the way they are.

Don't ever rent an apartment here at Parkview in williamston. The manager faith and the maintenance man do not keep these apartments up. Last summer we were told we needed a new air conditioner. We still do not have a new air conditioner the compressor is out and I was told by one repairman that he had replaced it with a new one which was a lie. The air conditioner is not working at all and they gave us an old beat-up 5000 BTU to put in one bedroom window. Our thermometer is at 76 and 77° all the time. I am 74 years old and I have breathing problems. Copd and asthma. My daughter has talked to management twice and both times she was lied to. She first told Kerry she had ordered ours and then she told Kerry she hasn't heard a thing from them. Them I assume means broad management. My daughter even called and messaged them. She got no response from them. We can't even raise our windows. They are about to fall out. They put a new roof on and now they are cleaning breezeways. But it's all like putting a coat of lipstick on an old barn. I have never been late with my rent and had to put down a huge deposit and they do nothing while she sits in her office at 67 degrees. They are in no hurry to fix anything. I think everyone should move and they should close these apartments. And the thing is this winter we will have no heat. I don't know what they'll give us then. Don't whatever move here. You will regret it. So many people have moved out and I...

I lived here for 1 year and nothing was ever fixed that was broken. The first day we moved in the dishwasher leaked. They don’t fix plumbing, the maintenance man has a severe attitude problem. We had to go 2.5 months with no ac and the maintenance guy watched a sheriff officer give us our eviction notice to fix it. They don’t fix any of the ac units even if you have kids in your apartment. They charger you PER A BLIND if one of them is broken for $75 each. They have been evicting anyone they can find a reason to so they can raise the rent. They are very rude and the apartments are ROACH AND BUG INFESTED and they claim they have someone come and spray but in the entire year I lived here it only happened 1 time. They replaced their parking lot before they even fixed our ac. The maintenance man will just walk into your apartment if something is broken and then leave without doing anything. If you have animals don’t leave them alone if he is going to be there because if they are and you have them locked up in a bedroom he will just take your ac apart and leave without putting it back together. None of their cameras work outside the office. They also claim they clean before hand but when I moved in I mopped the apartment and the water was BLACK. They also claimed they are changing the locks on is even though we haven’t received our 24 hour notice which is...
