Fiesta Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Williamston

Went down here to hear the karaoke dj, the chief, and sat at my table for 30 minutes while the 3 servers who were waiting on all the other tables in the back where karaoke is done walked around me and never stopped. Didn't offer me a menu or ask if I wanted a drink. I went up to the galley area to try and get someone's attention and one of the servers came out of the back room and asked if I needed help. I told her I've been waiting 30 minutes and would like to get a drink. She took my drink order, I told her my booth number and I sat back down. 15 minutes later still no drink, she even looked at me every time she went by with other customers food and drinks, and never got me my order. The dj came over and asked where my drink was and I told him the problem I was having. He went and got the owner who came back and got my order. Finally after an hr of being there I got my drink. I was told by others the service is like this all the time. This was my third time here and the other two times were the same w service. Wasn't a big fan of their food but their chips are tasty. The food is good. The price is good and the food us served in a decent portion, however, the service needs improving. My husband and I ate there for the 1st time and were asked 3 times if we were ready to order and hadn't even been given or offered a menu. We had to ask twice before being given one. Then we ordered food for our daughter and grandson to go, which the lady had to come ask us 2 times to confirm what we wanted, and still left out the tamales for my daughter. When we asked about them, she said sorry the kitchen is closed, had you asked for them with the rest of the order, then they would have had time to make them. I literally asked and confirmed 2 times what we wanted. She never wrote one thing down. We won't be going back. Overall, probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We were seated and immediately you could tell the staff did not have a very positive attitude. We waited over 30 minutes just for someone to take our drink order, we had to actually ask someone who was walking by to get our drinks because our waiter had yet to make an appearance. Then we ordered cheese dip and it was given to us cold, which is just gross. Then after about another 15 minutes someone who wasn’t our waiter took our food order. What really topped the cake though was when we took our kids to the bathroom we saw the staff having all sorts of fun and cutting up in the back.
