Read moreI tried the float therapy for the first time today. The only con was that there was a little bit of a generator noise, which I could tune out as white noise. The experience was a little trippy at times since it is sensory deprivation. I found myself not caring about a lot of things that worry me, so that was a nice reprieve. The biggest plus is that I have had a painful knot in my neck that didn't hurt nearly as much after the float session. I felt refreshed after. It was nice that they had a shower in the same room as the pod. Overall, if you're thinking about a float session, I vote go for it...
Read moreI came to visit family and drove from NY. I suffer from lymphedema and tendinitis. Figured I could use some therapy and girl time. Found this place, and it's amazing! The staff was attentive and accommodating. The compression boots, full body cryo and facial cryo, and sauna bed were what I tried. My pain went away for 5 days, my legs were not as swollen, and our faces looked vibrant the next morning! Bags under eyes and hard lines went away. We all left on cloud nine!
