Incredible Service...Unbelievable Knowledge!

We hired Pro AV Services upon the recommendation of our builder, Fogleman Homes. When we first met Rick my wife and I were amazed with his knowledge...yet we were unsure of our ability to catch on with the new technology he explained. Rick assured us that he would make things easy...and he certainly did! We met Rick prior to being ready to install anything as our home was under construction and he also planned the pre-wiring with us for the future AV system inside our home.

Rick also had great follow up...not to "sell us" but to see how things were coming along with the home and to see if we had questions regarding any aspect of construction which involved him (wiring and future AV equipment, etc).

When we got closer to install the AV system...we had many questions...and Rick was patient and always answered our calls taking all the time necessary to make us understand the equipment and the entire process of installation and usage of what he was going to install. He also lead us in the correct direction as to what to install and the reasoning behind any decision.

When the time arrived to actually install the televisions and sound/AV system Rick scheduled two days to complete the work...and I was extremely surprised that in addition to the two other men that worked on his team...he was there...the entire time...also working, hanging televisions, explaining things to my wife and I and making sure everything was perfect. The two men working with him (Neil and Ed) were also extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable) and we could not say enough great things about the entire team! I want to repeat it...the team of three did a fabulous job...and were clean and neat and frankly...terrific!

Rick also connected our Alexia systems to the AV programs, connected our I pad to the Sono's system and took all the time necessary to explain everything to us. Since our Bonus room furniture did not arrive...Rick also told us to call him once the furniture arrives as he wants to come back and re-set the sound system settings as they may be different when furniture is inside the room!

This company is fantastic...and the leadership, Rick, truly cares about his clients...he even stayed close to 6:00 PM to make certain we had a very good understanding on how things worked...and then told us...?if you have any questions...now...or in the future...on operation...call me anytime...even as late as 10 PM or any weekend...as I want to help and do not want you having questions"!

The techs for Pro AV were professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. They catered to exactly what we needed complete and made the process easy. They were accommodating with our schedule and followed through with more than expected. We now have a great entertainment system throughout the home, outside the home, and down at the dock! They also handled a landscape lighting issue and it looks...
