Sacks Jewelers — Attraction in Wilson

I can't speak on the jewelry, but don't come here for watch repairs. I took a watch here to have the band shortened and they did a lazy job. They only took links off of one side so the band was uneven when I got it back, and it cost a pretty penny too. There were lots of little comments about how difficult/inconvenient the job was for them, so I ended up just taking it to Classic Touch in Phillipsburg to get it properly fixed. They got the job done in 30 minutes for less than half of what Sacks cost!

Edit: I brought in a brand new watch, and 2 minutes after it was returned to me the pin in the clasp fell out whilst on my wrist. In altering my band, they moved a link to a different position within the clasp to avoid actually removing the link itself, so it is clear that altering the clasp had been a part of their band resizing process. I sincerely doubt that somehow I broke the clasp pin by just walking out of the store. And to clarify, the replacement pin provided came from their inventory of spare parts, not a new, complete band.

Additionally, in this review I chose to leave out the fact that there were scratches to the watch glass that had not been there previously, scuffing on the clasp, and that they removed links on the band that were not designed to be removed (avoidable had they removed links from both sides of the band rather than just one). I believe the offer of a replacement band is more than justified given the inadequate service, and it would do their business well to approach negative reviews in a more professional and apologetic manner rather than a...

I found this place to be one of the most professional and customer service oriented businesses. The quality of their jewelry, the elegance of the atmosphere, and the knowledge of this family owned business far exceeded my expectations. I was actually there and witnessed a difficult customer and, being a business owner myself, was impressed with the the way the young girl tried to please this rude customer. That same day I purchased beautiful diamond earrings for my niece. They took the time to educate me about the quality of diamonds and allowed me to comfortably make my decision and purchase my gift. I would recommend this jewelry store to everyone and I will always shop there for my loved ones precious gifts...

Sadly I have not had the privilege of this store. But I spoke with a young lady named Bobbi through chat and text. Absolutely great customer service. I messaged the Company just to get some general information and possible appraisals. I sent photos to the company and immediately I was messaged back and then called back from Bobbi of this location.
