Panda Express — Restaurant in Winchester

I love Panda Express but this location sucks. I ordered food through the app. I get a text saying it’s ready, I drive there and they gave my food away. They were super busy and mad I walked to the front for my food in front of everybody. But I already paid. The app literally tells you to walk to the front and ask for your online order by name. After attitude, they made me wait it line again to order again but I’m not paying again. You gave my food away. So I said ok, I want a refund or just give me my food. 30 minutes later of arguing, I finally got my food but you can tell they cooked my food on purpose extra long out of spite and made all the meat cuts extra gristle cuts. I think they are legitimately racist against white people AND black people. If you are not Mexican or Asian, very unwelcoming vibe here. The manager hates me. All I wanted was my food or money back. Hello Mr. Panda. Today I just couldn't take it anymore the portions are small compared two other heat lamp Chinese food establishments. What got me was the fact that I was asked if I wanted a larger portion for a dollar fifty more. I've never felt I have received a fair portion of entree for what I pay. So being asked if I would like a bigger portion for a dollar fifty more chap my hide. For over a year I've listened to you asking if we would like to donate our change to a charity. I visited this Panda Express today 01/01/2025 there was a young lady helping me whom was very nice , but however there was a customer in front of me who owned a dog and that customer looked back at me and told me his dog likes to attack kids which it’s not ok for anyone to bring dogs who attack for no reason in public establishments I noticed the worker herself didnt like what that man has just said to me and she informed other employees and also the manager who was there no one did anything the Manager just rung him up and let him sit like it was nothing wrong with that kids eat at panda all the time with there kids , I notice how uncomfortable the younglady was she did not like that neither did I but the Manager did nothing or said nothing just countined to ring us up like everything was ok I do not recommend visiting this location on top of all that the chow mein was dried up in a bunch...
