So normally I dont right reviews but this one needs to be known. I went just the other day which was Friday. I got a pedicure and a acrylic set french which is painted on.. I was getting my pedi the older man was back and fourth. I believe the chair ran twice. Which equally an hour. Cause its set for 30 min each time. I didn't feel like I got an normal nice massage for 65 dollars he would put my feet in wax. Leave me, " I'll be right back" lotion with hot towels " I'll be right back" ok im ok at this point. I'll wait... then he comes, unhooks to the bowel with his tool he used to dig in my toe nails. Thru back in his his lil orange tote. The while I have lotion and hot towels rapped on my legs. He proceeds to clean the green filter and stop plug which had a glob of hair he pulls out and throws in the trash in front of me. Then takes the brush that looks like a tooth brush squints pink soap and clean his green filter and black piece along with anther piece. So 3 pieces with green fungi and then.... he thru this brush back in his orange bucket that held all his tools. Continues to wipe off lotion with towels at this point then proceeds to use what lotions left and move around my legs and feet. Then takes the lil brush that he was cleaning his tub filters with to brush my toes free of wax from wax bags. Im am in shock. Got my nails done by nor which is always good and takes his time but then told the lady that answers the phone and speaks when u come in the door and she said im sorry then charges me 125 dollars for my toes and nails. Idk what's going on but this needs tk be addresses cleaning the bowls we put our feet in with the tools they use on our feet... highly disappointed with the...

My experience was terrible. I had my 3 year old daughter who is usually well behaved, but she was having a bad day. The nail tech seemed frustrated with my kid. But okay I usually don’t like being around others kids either. I got the SNS they charged like $40. She got the color wrong, I picked out a champagne color because it was New Year’s Eve, after two nails I asked her if the color changes because sometimes with SNS the powder isn’t the same color as the finished product. She ignored me and kept going. After four nails I noticed the color was a cement blue. I told her this wasn’t the color I picked out and the nail tech next to her says “there’s nothing they can do about it because four nails are done”. 🙄 Okay I’m usually very passive about mistakes cause everyone has their days, but that response made it worse, i feel like I should’ve gotten an apology. I told myself to just chuck it up and keep going as it was already late. When she was done with the powder and it dried I told her I wanted my nail shape a little more narrow because she was just making them square.. without saying a WORD she moved to the lady next to me and started doing her nails. The “we can’t fix it because four nails are done” lady finished mine. I’ve been in a lot of nail salons and this had to be the worst. On top of that they didn’t even discount me for the shape or color mishap. Even if it was a $2 discount I would’ve felt better because at least they did something to right the wrongs done. I have gone to this place a few times, but the last two visits were bad. On Christmas Eve I went here to get a basic manicure. I was the first one who was at the place when they opened on that day. The guy who opened the place told me to sit at the first station. When the owner walked in I noticed she didn’t like seeing me sitting at her station. So she started talking in her language to the guy and by the look in her face I knew it was not good. Then the guy told me to move. I asked why. He said oh that’s the onwner’s station. I said so, doesn’t she do nails? He said yes but to move anyways. I told him that probably she didn’t want to do my nails because it was a basic manicure which she wasn’t going to make much out of it, but if you own a business you do what’s needed to serve clients/customers. I own a business and my clients are my priority. She was rude and I hope she treats her employees good, but I doubt it. Her place also needs some deep cleaning the nail stations are always dirty. I was there first thing in the morning and everything was filthy. Giving this place a one star is too much for how the owner handles...
