I came here to have them put my car on the machine. I believe there could be something wrong with the sensors and the lights in my computer system of the car because the check engine light comes on, but then sometimes the car like none of the lights will come on behind the steering wheel so I asked them if they could put it on the machine because that’s what a mechanic told me to come and do because they wanted to see what codes it would pull up And the guy Mike I believe his name was because the light currently wasn’t on. He didn’t want to come out and check it I mean I know they say they need the light to be on but if I’m telling you that it comes on, but then my whole dash goes out so nothing comes on. You could’ve just tried to satisfy the customer by putting it on the machine. I mean I get it takes five minutes out of your time, but Mike your customer service sucks and I will not be coming back to that AutoZone. I walked in there and stood for five minutes before anybody Would even speak anyway so I just didn’t like the atmosphere there from him or her that we’re working. I feel like when you work at an auto shop and somebody walks in. They’re already frustrated because there’s probably something wrong with their car and they’re not there to buy tent and stickers and different things. Read moreHector showed compassion to actually find out why my car kept turning off. He did every diagnostic that could possibly show where the problem was. It was the gas cap to my car. He explained it all to me. He didn't just sell me the cap He went out in the dead of the heat. Cleaned it all off before putting the new one on so that my car can run safely for both me & my daughter. What the best part is Hector smelt the gas and he stuck to that answer.
