My family and I ordered 3 med hero sub combos. The nice gentleman who took are order gave us 3 cups. We filled up the drinks for the first time ever I have been to a freestyle machine where they had every drink and flavor stocked! From the start I felt like this was going to be great! However another nice gentleman walked over and handed us our food we failed to check the order inside we had a leap of faith that someone could bag 3 subs with 3 sides. Unfortunately when we arrived home we where missing a sub we immediately called the store and told them we where missing a sub or maybe they forgot to ring it in and the person on the phone was so rude and said we got everything we paid for. The total of what we paid was 47$ but apparently you can buy a combo without a sandwich. The nice gentleman who took are order said it was supposed to be 3 sandwiches but the manager or whoever he was told us to buy one even though we paid for it. We left our house to go back to the store to get a sandwich and we just wanted him to ring in the order to see if we paid for 3 sandwiches or not if we didn’t we where just going to buy one but the manager or whoever was just so rude and literally stole our money. Read moreWe ordered our subs from doordash we got our order opened it and was wrong. Italian sub request had no onions add jalapenos and banana peppers. Had neither instead they added black olives? Other sub was clubonasub with a request of meat and cheese only no vegetables add salt and vinegar. They had every damn item on there that comes on the register sub!?? Do you have that friend or family member that's a meat and cheese/patatoe person? Well you'll understand. It's late we dont want to go out that why we paid to have it delivered. Call up no sorry or anything just basically saying drive up and well make you a new one. So drove up there checked everything looked good. We go back home start to eat and theres mayo on the sub club. They're argument was saying no vegetables means condiments are still included even though we put meat and cheese only and even if you tried to use that excuse you forgot the mustard that would go on it but apparently they probably did put mustard on it and we just didnt notice because they dont put "alot" on it. Honestly an apology would of been fine owning up to the mistake but trying to argue down to the damn mustard is ridiculous. Never going to this location ever again.
