I am VERY impressed with the customer service at this location & highly recommend shopping here! I preordered “Paper Mario, the Thousand Year Door” for my 9 year old grandson who is on the autism spectrum. When opening the case upon arrival, I accidentally cut into the plastic cover of the case & ruined it. My grandson is very particular about his game collections & was super upset that I ruined the case. I felt terrible & was planning on buying him a whole new game, if needed. I took him to the store & asked the person behind the desk if I could possibly exchange it, or get some credit for the game, since the game was brand new & had never been played. I was fully expecting to have to buy another game, but the employee, Tyler, came to the rescue & offered to give my grandson a new case. He carefully peeled off the pieces of tape I had put on the case, took the sleeve out & put it in a brand new case for him. It literally saved the day. He may not have made a sale on this particular day, but you better believe that going forward, I will be returning to this location to buy every future video game from Tyler. I didn't have my ID with me and they said that I looked under 18 even though I have a full-fledged mustache and I graduated high school 5 years ago. They proceeded to not give me any money for my keyboard, not let me get any games, and angrily tell me that they didn't have any Xbox 360 games when we asked. We walked around the store for a bit and we found Xbox 360 games and we grabbed dead space which is rated m and they wouldn't let us get it because we "looked" underage even though I have been to a ton of GameStops and game stores and no one has ever said that's a thing. Then I was getting a expensive controller and mod pack for the controller and when I was entering my phone number I entered it wrong and the guy looked at me and cussed under his breath.    Read morePreordered switch 2 the day the Preorder opened up! Woke up before the sun and stood in line. Fast forward to release of the pre order's. They decided to do another round of preorders hours before the release and than give them priority over the people that ordered weeks in advance! That shouldn't of happened regardless of the reasoning. Not to mention the nightmare we had trying to get the trade in promo for the switch. The store employees were uneducated of the promo and manager was on vacation from what another store told us. We had to go to another store to try and do it but they said it can only be done where you pre ordered. So the manager at gateway had to called this location and educate them how to do there jobs.
