If I didn't think they could get worse they did!!! I decided not to post here first and directly send a email to them on there website where it said contact us. I got the first initial email that said this it was dated August 7, 2021 "Thank you for sending us your feedback. We value your comments and are committed to providing awesome experiences for all our guests.
A Jack in the Box representative will be reviewing your feedback. If you provided feedback about a specific restaurant location, your feedback will be sent to the appropriate district manager or owner/operator. This same person would also contact you if you requested to be contacted about your feedback.

I provided my information to be contacted back. I haven't heard anything. So I'll share it with all you guys since they don't care. We went thru the drive thru in the morning and it had been years since I had a croissant breakfast sandwhich so I was excited to have one. My husband got a 2 breakfast sandwiches. I requested a coke cola and I was informed they didn't have that so I had to pick a different drink. I was really looking forward to that one as I rarely drink regular pop so I picked a different flavor. My husband informed me that every time he comes he picks something that there out of so why would this trip be any different and I was like seriously? He said yep! We pull forward and as we're waiting my husband says look and I said what and he says look over there by the bushes in front of you and right then a huge Rat 🐀 goes onto the curb and I said oh gross!!! I had never seen that big of a Rat 🐀 before then he was on the pavement in front of us farther up then he went back into the bushes. I've seen 2 rats in a week and and I hope to never see them again!!! We get the food and leave the drive thru. As we're going on I-205 I finally say to my after my 3rd bite this croissant tastes funny. And my husband says yeah my hamburger 🍔 bread is stale. And I said oh my gosh that's what it is! Its gross 😝. So I took mine apart and I ate the meat. Egg, and cheese and I was so disappointed yet again!! I posted this because they didn't follow thru with reaching out to me. If your going to own a business and serve food and take people money. Take pride in your food and your customer service and have the supplies too. Read moreThis location is just plain wild. I've been here 4-5 times because it's the closest fast food from where I live... and the last two were just me being totally wiped out, sleepy, lazy and with just zero energy to go elsewhere.
Since then, I find the energy to go elsewhere or just go home and heat up a soup or something.
EVERY SINGLE ORDER WAS UNABLE TO BE MADE. And I mean this very literally... EVERY time I went, something couldn't be made. Monster Tacos order? Sorry, we can do 1 of the 2 that the order is for. Last time I went I was sent home with no meat on my burgers. Another drive back to the place. I mean it's just nuts that literally EVERY time is broken!
The franchise owner seems to work there some days and seems like... I guess like he wishes the place was better? Maybe it's just a GM or something, but he's the only one in a suit, and tries to be as kind as he can while his staff breaks everything... though obviously he's not checking the stuff himself - so no better.
The area is somewhat shady enough, with a poorly (not at all?) lit bar parking lot right by it... the tall JitB sign meant to be seen by the highway has been broken and left to be. The dining room often has one table in the middle of the dining room... so I guess one party can eat in the place at a time. And cleaning is not a valid excuse, because it's all the time, at all hours.
It's just unrecoverable trash and this one location has turned me off from them all together. I'll drive miles and miles and miles on the highway before pulling into one. I have tons of points in the app, good for plenty of meals, but it's almost not even worth going to for free... you're still not gonna get what you want.
I know it was a long rant, but dang this place is consistently horrible. Maybe that's its one quality... consistence.

Read morePlaced a mobile order on the JITB app at about 9:40 am. The app said it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. Arrived at the store about 9:45. No activity at drive-thru sign. No one at drive-thru window. Front door was locked. Young man sitting in a seat shipping on a drink, wearing an Orange Champion hoodie ignored me knocking on door. Looked at me briefly a couple times and continued sitting there, and buried his head in his hands.
I called the store's phone number numerous times, called two different numbers on the sign showing the store's hours leaving a message at one, while the other demanded a 14 digit number on a receipt which I didn't have because no one was willing to help me.
Finally at about 10:20, a woman pulled in and unlocked the front door to go inside. I told her that I had placed a mobile order over a half hour a ago, and could not find a way to get my order. She told me there was only one employee there, but she would prepare my order, and she did, in less than 5 minutes (this is the reason I gave 2 stars, not 1). I still didn't get a receipt, she couldn't print one evidently.
A few days previous to this, I tried to order at the drive-thru at 9:40 pm. Store was closed, no one inside, no one answering at the drive-thru, doors locked. There's a large window sign that says their drive-thru is open 24 hours, although the sign on the doors has "10:00" written over the 24 hour drive-thru info.
