We went with a large group to shop for my daughter's wedding dress on May 26, 2018 (Memorial Day weekend). The young lady who was assisting us was helpful but the rest of the staff ruined the experience with their behavior. My daughter had a 1 PM appointment. We were told they had wifi that was brand new and really fast, we couldn't find the wifi server which was a problem as we were Facetiming with my other daughter who is in Virginia.Thank goodness a nearby office had open wifi we could use. While we were waiting for my daughter to come out in the first dress, my son was telling his other sister the name of the shop. He apparently didn't pronounce it correctly as the worker who walked by corrected him with a smirk on her face. My daughter tried on about 12 dresses and had found one that she felt like was the dress. We were in another area away from most of our party, who had upset my daughter, discussing the dress when the worker who told us the name of the shop came by and said we had 10 minutes (this was a surprise as it was only 2:50 and the store hours posted said they closed at 5) Around this same time a member of our party went to the restroom and were cut off on their way in by a worker who said they needed to finish up in there. When we returned to the original room, the same worker came by and said, "you have three minutes". My daughter promptly took the dress off and put her clothes back on and we left this shop. If you wanted to close early on a holiday weekend, perhaps you should have closed at noon or not opened at all. You missed out on a sale. Wow, what an amazing experience I had shopping a Raffine Bridal. This was the first store I set up an appointment with to try on wedding dresses. I live out of state and was really needing to find the one since this was the only time I would be able to be with my mother. I had a vague idea of what I wanted my dress to look like, but needed some guidance. I worked with Shelia, who was wonderful. She was very professional and helped me through the process of pulling gowns I liked. After a few dresses Shelia said I have one in mind that I want you to try on, and I believe it is exactly what you are looking for. So I went ahead and tried the dress she pulled on....and guess what...it was the ONE! :) I would have never looked twice at this dress if I saw it on a hanger. Shelia totally pulled in my vision and showed me the details on this dress and made me love it! (Snaps to Shelia)

I still had one more appointment later on that afternoon at a different boutique so I held off saying "yes to the dress" until I tried on others. By the time we finished the later appointment, and had a bite to eat I decided to purchase my dress from Raffine. It was about 4:45pm and I knew they closed at 5pm, so my family and I raced back to the store (even know they were more than willing to stay late for me) and made the purchase final with a hollow to hem measurement, and a down payment.
