I’ll split the difference between service staff and product. Basically, staff is excellent and well informed, product is high priced, takes a long time to absorb, and are far less potent than I’d expected, especially when one hears what’s being said about todays “stronger” products. I do not find them to be any stronger than say, in the 70’s. I haven’t found that to be true at all & I’m always surprised when I hear it. All in all, for my medical needs I need far higher & faster efficacy. Is this something the state is dictating? I do find the consistency to be something I can depend on, which is never true on the street, and essential for my needs, which I am grateful for. I do think new customers get much better price deals than repeat customers. That’s a one time thing that doesn’t reward the loyal, returning customer. Also, sales are fast, like Now, they’re come & gone and they don’t last long. Most of the time it’s a 2 day sale and I almost never get the sale notice til the 2nd day, which is usually the last day;this happens to me all the time. Since I am on fixed income but need the product readily available, there are Many times I can’t afford to buy it and must go without, which drastically affects my pain symptoms & response, and is quite disconcerting. Staff is Wonderful, Golden, even, but it would really be helpful and nice to be separated from other customers like in a booth, or at the very least, the by a partition, or something. I’d prefer people not knowing what I’m buying, what I need it for, or how much I’m paying for it, but I swear the store sounds like an echo chamber so you can hear everything being said in a 12’ area! I know this is the state’s problem, not yours, but I would prefer not using & carrying so much cash on me. I feel like it could potentially be a safety concern, although I’m reassured by the sites well-placed location and access. In summary, I am so glad it’s finally “semi-legally” available in the state of MN, the strains are consistent and I know what to expect, but I really wish it were less expensive. Moreover, Thank You for being willing to take the business risk and I feel sure that eventually, we will all get what we’re looking for and need for our health...

5 STAR STAFF! 2-3 STAR PRODUCTS and PRICE

Staff and products should be separate star systems! Anne, KaShan and Aiden were insightful, educated and great guides to choosing the product and method that was right for you (and ordered when fir you did your sign up with the pharmacist, sign up for all). Staff was friendly, honest and funny. However, the price, quality and selection of products has many like me shaking their heads. Best product purchased was the red balm topical cream.Petroleum and coconut oil based with high thc soothes my lower back. It has scent which if i could i would go scentfree. Black Tablets are a higher thc pill that you swallow. I haven't noticed any effect from the two times I used it. Green Flower-The 2 different eighths, see pictures for names, we purchased were quite dry and fell apart more than being ground up. The price without my 1st time discount was $55 per eighth. Disappointing lack of crystals, color beyond a lackluster green left me unmedicated and wanting to use concentrates/dabs. Unfortunately, concentrates are not allowed per state law, staff informed me. This needs to change. I didn't know this and for many people this concentrated, quick acting medicine is what we need. The ONLY thing about my 1st time her that was good was Aden at the desk that helped me, and my Budtender Lamar that was new. Other than that, the lady next to Lamar heard ALL my ?'s and left him and I to guess and he looking for help in the back with no one to assist him. He tried very hard. This was also my b-day 1/3 & New patient & 1st time customer. I see all these discounts on the web for new patients etc. but didn't get any of that. I worked in the cannabis industry for 25+ years, ran farms in other States. This was NOT a positive experience for me. VERY high prices, not to mention the severe lack of quality and NO WAY to inspect or see/smell product before purchase. The glitter Bomb on sale was straight booboo. The Fried Ice Cream was a+. Carts were all just carts and what you would expect with the exception for 1 which was like smoking a sparkler, experienced users will know what I am talking about. These ways will all cease to be this way and the price gouging the second they sort out the legislation and allow Rec stores to start selling real Cannabis.
