I do not generally give negative reviews. This is a well deserved negative review. I pre-ordered a Funko Pop. When I picked it up, it was slid into the bag and I didn't insist on looking at it. Once I got home I saw that the box was damaged. Ordered a replacement online. My father had surgery and this is the first chance I had to return it. Why would I have a problem, afterall it is not even 30 days afterwards and it is not an electronic and it is the stores fault. Alas, I could not return it. I was told to drive to Canton (45 to 60 minute drive) and when I asked him if they would exchange it he said yes. When I asked again citing what the employee at another store told me he then said not past 14 days (this is day 16). So not only, did the store employee deceive me by placing the damaged merchandise in a bag before I saw it the next one wanted to send me on a wild goose chase! Do not trust...

I pre-ordered a game that came with collectors items, and he refused to give me the items I paid for even though I was the first one in the door, and he said he had the supplies in store then proceeded to scream at my fiance and I. I had to go to another store to receive my items, where they said that digital and physical pre-orders of games were eligible to receive said collectors items. When I called Woodhaven store back to let the employees know about the discrepancy Ben again was rude. When I ended the call, he proceeded to call me back multiple times and only stopped when I told him I would report him for harassment and get a lawyer involved. Ben is a danger to the store, and is not exhibiting safe and appropriate behavior expected from an employee. Do not use this store....
