Loveland's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in Woodhaven

The store would be nice, except for the older employee who hovers accusingly every time I shop. My kids are very well behaved in stores and she stares at us the entire time we are there - from five feet away. They hate going in there, because she creeps them out. Today was my final straw as she walked past me shopping for cards a bunch of times and when I went to their Christmas display to pick up some larger items, she informed me that they didn't want me there with my shopping bags. The bags had been folded up the entire time, were beneath the stack of cards I was going to buy, and were what I planned to use to carry out the larger items. When whole countries and states are moving away from single-use plastic bags, Hallmark wants to lose my business to keep...

Loveland's Hallmark has the best gifts, a great assortment of cards for any occasion, and friendly staff that are always there to help! I have shopped at Loveland's for over two decades, and I have bought most of my wife's crystal and glass figurines at the Loveland's Hallmark store in Woodhaven, MI. In fact, our China Cabinet is filled with all the special occasion gifts my children and I have bought for my wife over the past twenty-seven years, and she has a special box filled with the cards we bought there too. Loveland's is a great place to shop all year round, and they have an amazing assortment of ornaments and other trinkets for every holiday and season! Deserves zero stars. Employee removed the sale price tags from my items and charged me the original price.

I didn't notice the price mistake until I got home. Now she tells me to come back to get the price adjusted. I even asked her why she was removing the tags while still at the store, but she told me this is what they do. Makes no sense.

Seemed like she treated me this way on purpose.

She gave me an already used bag that had an old sticker stuck to it.

Will not be giving my business to these...
