Target — Attraction in Woodhaven

Not very happy with pick-up lately. There is an older woman who always has nasty comments about the size of my orders. After listening to her go on and watching her huff off to go get my merchandise, I get home to find all my plastic items busted up. Petal missing from trash can, non-removable lid taken off and chucked into another bag, Easter candy open, dish soap lids open and leaking all over the rest of my items. If it’s not due to her swinging and slamming my bags around, then she’s doing it on purpose. This time around, my toothbrushes have a lake of Jet Dry chilling in the package. The seal was peeled back ever so slightly and the lid was half twisted off and flipped open. Either the person shopping the order is not paying attention or the merchandise is being handled improperly. Customers should be able to use the services provided to them by the store without employees getting so upset about it. You’re getting paid aren’t you? I don’t understand the problem. Always a wait at the register. When my wife registered our easypay accout with our target card the company didn't update the information correctly and charged us a $25 fee for their mistake. We called to try and have them waive the fee but no manager was available. How convenient! They told my wife a manager would call but no return call in the 24 hours they guaranteed. The Starbucks in this store also only has 1 employee working and always has a wait. Most people give up waiting and leave the line. The surrounding seating area is always a mess. I want to give a huge thank you to Shea at Target for going above and beyond during my recent visit. As a visually impaired customer, shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Shea made it such a positive experience. He took the time to help me navigate the store, explain where things were located, and even described different items to me in detail.
