Wild Bill's Tobacco — Attraction in Woodhaven

We bought a large (expensive mind you) water pipe from this location. It was on sale the day we bought it (25% off) minutes after buying it we went home to test it out. We poured the water in and it was leaking. There was a hole that we couldn’t see in store. We called back and the man working told us to bring it in on Friday, which is now today. We brought the bong in and right off the bat the worker told us we had to buy another bong for 50% off but he’d let us keep the one we already paid for for “free”. We did not want to spend any more money on a product that is we no longer even trust because we were sold broken glass. The workers got angry and started accusing us of breaking the glass admitting zero fault to the incident. We NEVER used this piece. We argued for a good 20 minutes before the worker aggressively handed us our money back. I absolutely refuse to ever return to this location. Terrible customer service. Stopped by Sunday afternoon/early evening. I was looking for North Pina Colada but no luck. I was told by a blonde haired lady that Fozen Pina colada -Skyline- Mr. Vapor is what I needed to get. I opened it while there (after purchasing)and it smelled very strong of Banana flavor. I hate banana. I said I don't think I'd like it but the woman pushed it. So I left.
