Food is always great. However I feel rushed to order. Many times I have come many hours before closing time, and they are continually sold out of most items. Laya, the shift leader whom took my order initially, was not willing to let me complete my sentences. She was cutting me off in the middle of asking questions about certain good items. I was cut off multiple times while attempting to speak with her. They prepared my plate with half the items while I'm asked to wait 10 minutes for the final item to finish cooking. My other entrees are sitting out getting cold and condensate in the styrofoam container. I was trying to ask for sweet and sour sauce and was interrupted by Laya whom snapped at me to wait until I pick my completed order up. I was just wondering. I felt rushed by her. She was speaking to her cooks in a condescending tone, wouldn't allow the cooks to reply to her or allow them time to ask her questions. She rolled her eyes at almost every customer she encountered in just the 20 mins I sat in the lobby waiting for beef and broccoli. I understand this is a busy location and I understand it's a demanding position as a shift leader. However when I feel rushed and feel as if I'm an inconvenience to this shift leader, it causes me to feel unwelcomed. I also witnessed her change trash bags and then go back behind the counter to serve food and she die not wash her hands. I was not the only customer tonight who looked unpleased with their interactions. I'll still come back to this location bit ill be sure to request another person to serve me instead. When I noticed the quantity of rice was substantially less than my previous visits I said something to the young man that was serving and he added some more reluctantly while telling me that the manager told him that they have a new policy and they are giving out less quantity because the costs have gone up? My comment and response was that rice is very inexpensive and that it is not good for business to give half the quantity to the customer while charging the full price and that the regular customers that are familiar with the quantity you’re going to notice and they’re not going to be happy about it he apologized and said I’m very sorry I have to do what I’m told at which time I informed him it was my last time going to panda express when I called the corporate office they were shocked by this they had no idea that there was some new policy giving less quantity I also mentioned to them that the fried rice was tasteless and there was mostly white rice mixed in and then I suspect that they are also cutting back on the flavor and the vegetables that are going into...
