COMPETE RIPOFF! USED/Defective PRODUCT SOLD AS NEW! UNETHICAL MANAGER No social distancing in Covid and no guidelines followed by the store
My wife bought new premier roti maker the other day and the handle broke the very next day the first time we turned it on.It looked like a used one when we open the package. She called the Patel Brothers customer care and spoke to the manager. He doesn't know how to listen to customer grievances in phone, was very unprofessional and told they dont have return policy and come to the store and will see what he can do. Me and wife had to take the kids from day care and went the store. The lady on the billing area told that we already gave you the demo to see if the product turned on When plugged to power while purchasing the product and told no return and no refund. I told them we understand there is no return policy but what if the product is useless in the very first time when you use it. I told her we spoke to the manager in the phone and he asked us to come to the store with the product. The manager came and looked the handle and started saying we over heated it and hence the handle broke. How come we over heat it? All we did was connect the plug to electric socket. Manager then said to talk to premiere customer care, i said why i have to deal with another customer care when i brought it from you. Such a rip-off from the manager. I KEPT the product there and told him to keep it as its useless to me. Never going there again. My wife is stressed whole day due to this. Patel Brothers use to have cultural values now it is...

The store's hygiene standards may fall short, creating an impression of untidiness for some shoppers. Despite these drawbacks, Patel Brothers remains a go-to destination for those in search of authentic Indian grocery items, acknowledging its role as a hub for diverse and culturally...
Read moreThis store is terrible! I went in the store (9/14/2024) and was shopping with my grandfather, and we were trying to find tomatoes, and there was a young Hispanic male putting items on the shelf, and he had AirPods on one of his ears, and my grandfather asked "Excuse me, where are the tomatoes?", no response. He asked again, no response. He asked for the third time, again, no response. I was next to him, and I asked the question again, and he responded "Don’t yell at me.", I was shocked at his response, first of all, it shouldn’t have happened if you didn’t have AirPods on your ear, and with a rude answer shows terrible customer service, Patel Bros. should train their employees good manners and should tell their employees not to wear earphones on their ear during work, I’m probably not going back to that store, with that...
