Burlington — Local services in Woodlawn

There are some good things about this location. The layout was organized and orderly. I didn't have any issues finding what I needed because of good signage. From what I saw, there was a good selection of clothing, shoes, bags, etc to pick from. And there is plenty of parking, which is a plus. What makes me rethink coming back to this location is the lack of fitting rooms and employees on the floor to ask for help. The store is really big in size, yet they only had 2 mini closet size fitting rooms to try clothes on. One of the rooms was occupied which I could tell by the red light over the door. The other room had a green light but the door was locked. I knocked on the door but there wasn't anyone in there. And there wasn't anyone on the floor to ask for help. I find it hard to believe that there was only technically 1 fitting room in that whole big store to try on clothes. For me I have to try on pants because not all sizes, cut, and lengths are the same. And I don't have time to buy an item and then return it another day. So I was really disappointed and started to lose my patience waiting on a...

I love this Burlington. I don’t know why they have bad reviews. Everyone experience is different & I definitely think a lot of the bad reviews are from holiday times because that’s the only time the store be in disarray. I moved here 2 year ago & this is 1 of my go to spot because they ALWAYS have great sales. My apartment is so beautiful because of all the lovely home decor I got from Burlington. They always have a huge selection of clothes, shoes & coats. I go twice a month since I’ve moved here & I can’t complain. I’ve noticed around the holidays is the only time things get hectic, meaning the store be unorganized, shelf’s be bare, staff be a little unpleasant etc but overall I love it. Overall an okay place to shop at. The staff is rude. I don’t know why they have their bathrooms locked. I waited in the back for someone to unlock it, nobody came. I looked around the aisles for a staff member, nobody was there. I went to the cashier and asked someone there. She rudely responded, “you’ve got to ask someone in the back.” I told her there is nobody there. She completely ignored me and started doing her work. I asked, “so, I just wait in the back?” She rudely nodded her head. I went back and waited another minute or two and still nobody came.
