I was truly scared to come here. I was nervous about trying out a new salon. I wanted my hair dyed black and the last salon I went to after asking for my hair to be dyed black, dyed it brown and I was so upset that I never went back. So I told Jasmine and Shelly that if my hair wasn't dyed black like I wanted and all my grey wasn't covered, I would not return. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Shelly. I had an appointment scheduled this morning, but it had to be rescheduled. This was last minute and I was upset.

BUT

The owner was able to squeeze me in her schedule at 8:15am. She took time out of her own, busy day to do my hair. Came into work early to get me in. I'm so appreciative because I wanted this done today.

The owner made me feel welcomed. She was so kind and friendly. She pays attention to detail, which helped her to fix my hair that was messed up from a previous cut from a different salon. Very thankful she caught that it was messed up and was able to fix it!

I had an excellent experience visiting Clow 9. I had a shoulder length blunt cut and asked Anah for an Italian bob. She did an excellent job and was so pleasant throughout the experience. She also listened to my feedback when I asked for a slight change on the cut (so important!). One of my curls wasn't laying the way I envisioned and she totally made the change how I described.
