I had my i phone 15 pro screen replaced with their screen, within days the screen malfunctioned and i had to take it back. They fixed their screen but, Within 30 days my screen is completely black and does not work again. My phone has a protective screen & protective front/back case and has not been dropped. My phone slide between the driver seat and console ( which should not cause a crack in a screen that cost almost 300 dollars) yesterday and apparently caused a crack i could not see. For reference, my phone screen had a very small crack only visible to bright light, which looks like a crack on the back of the replaced screen. so not shattered or visible Please take caution when getting your phone screen repaired here. The screens that they use are not worth the price $$$$ Their screens are not of good quality and it seems it takes nothing to malfunction and completely stop working. The person I spoke with after explaining I’ve taken every precaution to protect my new screen informed me that it could have cracked if i had it in my back pocket. IMHO- not worth the price and the quality is not there. If you plan on using your phone normally, this place is not worth the price.
The product is of poor quality, if you are looking for a screen to last do not go get your phone screen repaired at...
Read moreI enquired about having my iPad’s cracked screen replace, I was told it could be done. I paid upfront, and had a few questions about a warrant on the newly installed screen. I was told that if anything didn’t work, I could return the device. I was the handed a document to review if the information I’d provided was correct, address, phone number etc and asked to sign it. I did so.
After receiving my device upon repair, I noticed that the faceID no longer worked on the device. Taking the instruction I’d received when I dropped off the device, I called the store to find out if this could be resolved. “No sir, it is stated on the service contract you signed that some features may not be functional after the screen repair.” I then asked why it is that I wasn’t told that during my initials enquiry. “It’s in the service contract. You signed the contract.” The same contract which was touted to me as just a confirmation of contact information.
I may be an idiot for signing something without reading, fine. However, it also not right taking someone’s money and attempting to repair a device if you cannot guarantee to return it to a fully functional state.
I cannot recommend anyone have their Apple device...
