This used to be my go to dispensary. Real quick in and out with online ordering...however. This last trip to Mission will be my last.
So, I place a preorder because getting help otherwise is basically impossible. I receive no confirmation that the order was received, prepped or ready for pick up. Which strikes me as odd, as it's an automated system. No worries. Let's figure out why. I call, 9:30 am. Already open for a half an hour. No answer on the phone. Okay, time to head down. I can at least get the ounce deal on the iPad they have stashed on the other side of the store.
Come to find out, the order wasn't filled. It was then filled with a product that tested 15% under what was listed for the sale. I didn't even notice until I got home how poor quality the cannabis was. I found seeds (which counts as a contaminate). The product was dry, like way over cured (Island). I don't even want to smoke this. I'm out 145 dollars because of poor quality control. Something the Cannabis Control Commission will be interested to hear about.
The service at check in wasn't much to speak of either. After being told I have no preorder, to show him that in fact I do, was pretty frustrating. It felt more like arguing with someone when they are the incorrect ones. Just look in Dutchie? It's not difficult. How about Portal? Anything in Portal? Nah, just tell your guest they are wrong and sarcastically tell them about your online ordering.

Easy order ahead - didnât get any confirmation texts or emails which was a little weird but I got to pick a time and my order went through as confirmed. Everything was ready when I arrived! Zero complaints however Iâm not from the area so I probably wonât be back to this location. Cant knock the workers or products
I gave them three stars for the environment - it was not the right vibe. The DJ was Not bad at all but as a medical patient being inside was unbearable. The volume of the music inside was offensively overstimulating- even the workers looked uncomfortable. Employers are definitely required to provide sound protection if the employees are exposed to high volumes- especially like being directly next to speakers like that - for extended periods of time in their shifts. If youâre going to make it feel like a concert treat your workers with that minimum level of safety and respect.

Iâm not impressed with the dispensary any longer. The VIP club isnât so VIP if you canât use your discount on everything. Sales included⊠you arenât vip if youâre paying to be in a club that doesnât give you more incentives than the average person not paying to be in the club. I go to dispensaries that are affordable and that have sales. Mission is out of my area so joining the club I thought would be ideal as I could grab better deals and even out my traveling time and costs, but to find out that you arenât discounted on sale items isnât anything different about any other dispensary. Iâve even been told that the items I purchased are sale items even though not listed as sale items so I didnât get discounted. And today the prices donât seem so appealing even for sales compared to other dispensaries, with cannabis everyone has the same type of sales and quality. Mission stood out with VIP.
