Michaels — Attraction in Worth Township

It would be hard for me to believe that anyone who luvs any type of crafts or has some idea of something they have got it in their head to make...has not made a trip to Michaels...they pretty much have everything...along with many items they sell...baskets...and stuff related to the seasons going on...and so many items...wonderful items they have...that is half of the fun going there...for u just never know....haha... On my latest trip there I was looking for sales on Christmas items...after Christmas...to pick up some stuff I could use for the next big holiday...and of course I got wonderfully sidetracked...by all the other stuff I saw....a beautiful set of lites...indoor ones...and again...some great baskets...and deals going on for stuff for the kids...and many aisles and aisles of almost everything u could imagine with ur creative craft mind...and beautifiul items to use in ur home for the upcoming spring and summer months too...like I said...so many many items.... And all of the very friendly and helpful employees creates such a fantastic shopping excursion to this great place I have been going to for many many years..... They r in a very convenient spot at the mall area...where u can just walk right in...and if u go at nite...like I did...do not be discouraged if u do not see their big Michael's sign.lit up...for trust me....they r definitely there...hope all of u have as much fun as I always do when I go...

Deborah is such a nasty person, such a Karen no help and she is suppose to be the client satisfaction associate there was no satisfaction on dealing with her she was no help, she was giving me sarcastic answers! She balled up my number and threw it out when I asked for the higher ups to Call me. She was acting like a total Karen and I called her out on it she was very pressed about it and she showed me what I knew she was by doing that with my phone number on that piece of paper in front of five other customers. She was very rude that position doesn’t suit her. She needs to be in the back unloading trailers or something. I will give 0 stars if I could I always have issues with Michaels returning stuff that doesn’t satisfy my needs brand new stuff with tags and receipt. I will never shop at Michaels again. You cannot return nothing in this store almost everything on their site is clearance u have to dig for the return policy instead of if saying it under the price where it says “YOU CANNOT USE A COUPON” why can’t it also Say there and then if it’s clearance you cannot return it. This is the worst company ever. I will shop at Hobby...

This store is pretty bad. I went looking there for some art supplies I needed for an art class. It was really confusing. I tried to get help and of course no one was available. One women was falling around her friend telling her how they are making her work tomorrow, the other women was busy restocking. So, I tried to figure it out myself. I spent about 30 mins in there going through the store and not one person asked if I needed help. Finally, I got the stuff that I could get and was available. I just needed grid paper. So, I just decided to go to the frame section. There were 3 women. 2 were on the phone, so I waited until they were done. Another woman...who I don't even think really worked there asked if she can help me. I asked her if they had grid paper. She quickly looked around for someone else to answer, before saying. No. It's like...do you want to even check? At that point, I just put down my 40 dollars of art stuff and walked out. They clearly didn't need...
