SEPHORA at Kohl's — Attraction in Worth Township

I was very disappointed on how the sales associate treated me when I tried returning my items. First she told me because I have no receipt or the box I can not return. I had to call the original store I bought it from to find out if there was way which I already knew there was. I went back into Sephora found the same girl her response was well she’s busy I am going to have to wait or I can go to the store where I bought it!!! I called the manager and store manager of kohl’s. They were wonderful and tried there best but because they were are not familiar with Sephora so they were not able to. The worse Sephora hands down!!! The workers don’t know anything and instead of saying they aren’t sure they just lie to get you out the store. The employees are very unprofessional. Despite the long line due to the holidays they are just talking to their friends/coworkers ? Asking what else they should gift, constantly adding and removing items from their cart.
