I was very disappointed on how the sales associate treated me when I tried returning my items. First she told me because I have no receipt or the box I can not return. I had to call the original store I bought it from to find out if there was way which I already knew there was. I went back into Sephora found the same girl her response was well she’s busy I am going to have to wait or I can go to the store where I bought it!!! I called the manager and store manager of kohl’s. They were wonderful and tried there best but because they were are not familiar with Sephora so they were not able to.
