Chesterley Park — Attraction in Yakima

I went in to see about joining. The front staff were very courteous and helpful. There is a short application. The fees seemed to be comparable to other workout businesses with pools that I have used in the past. The place seemed very clean. I only saw the front, I plan on going back for the tour. They had a lot of handicapped parking, and the sidewalks are all handicap accessible. There is a park to the side of the building that hosts soccer games, and I see people walking their dogs all the time. Lots of room for the kids to run. It was almost 60 degrees today, okay 53 and I took my little three-year-old daughter to Chester Lee Park. My wife had a short nap in the car as my granddaughter and I played at the play ground and we had the whole park and playground to ourselves it was wonderful and then a small little girl a couple years older came and played with us. We were at the park to celebrate an Aunts 90+ birthday. The shelter was nice in good repair, it was a distance from parking and with no sidewalk to the shelter it was a difficult trek for some of the older guests and for the birthday girl. Probably poor planning on our part. One thing though was the restrooms. They were not well signed, were very dirty and not safe for the older and younger party attendees. They were a disgrace on what is an otherwise very nice...
