Unfortunate SAD experience!! Apologies for the LONG WORDY REVIEW! I love Bi-Mart but admittedly forget it's here. I went into the location on 40th Ave for the second day in a row. The first day was extremely pleasant and EVERY employee went above and beyond to be helpful. The date was 2/3/22. I went back on 2/4/22 at 6:45 p.m. this is one hour and 15 minutes before closing. Again, everyone I encountered was pleasant but each one looked at their watch as I said hello. I found it strange but it made me rethink closing time so I asked and indeed closing was still an hour and 15 min away. I went about my shopping. As closing drew near the "announcements" began. At the "10 min till we close announcement" I had one item on my list left to get and couldn't find it so I looked up and a gentleman who clearly worked there was passing by the end of the isle. He looked at me as he passed, our eyes met and I said, "excuse me." He turned away and kept walking. I thought maybe he didn't hear me so I briskly walked to catch him as I knew my time to get my last item was limited. I said, "excuse me" 4 more times before he stopped, turned around, looked at his watch and said, "you know we close in 5 minutes." I replied, "yes, I'm highly aware sir from the announcements and the lady who literally walked up to me fifteen minutes ago and said, "ma'am, just to let you know we close in 20 minutes." I might add as he was telling me the "count down" to closing he was speaking over me while I was trying to ask for his help finding my last item. I repeated myself regarding needing help and he did take me to the item. I thanked him and literally started running to the register only to be met at the end of the isle by another female worker that said, "ma'am we're closing." I stopped in my tracks and replied, "look I know you're closing. I think every employee has now approached me to make sure I Know this. Here's the deal, I am totally fine not buying anything in this cart here at this store. I have no problem leaving it right here for you to handle which would involve YOU putting everything back because I'm not going to. I don't have time. You're closing!!" She consequently walked away. I continued to the register and the very pleasant young man asked if I found everything alright and if I would like bags for my purchases. I said, "yes please, thank you" and asked if it would be alright if we opened the waffle iron box to make sure the plates were ceramic as advertised on the box because the one they had on display were not and if they weren't ceramic I didn't wish to purchase it. He had to ask permission from a coworker who had to ask permission from another coworker. I found this to be highly annoying and absolutely ridiculous!! I had to once again explain what I needed to the 3rd person and with great annoyance she proceeded to open the box. To my surprise, at this point, they were ceramic plates so I purchased it. One final moment of annoyance occured when the lady helping bag my things asked if I would just take the waffle iron unboxed now to my vehicle and put it back in the box myself but she would give me a bag to put it in after I put it back in the box in my car. All I could say was, "excuse me?" with a look of, are you kidding me right now?! As I mentioned earlier in the review they closed at 8:00p.m. I got to my vehicle, loaded everything, put the cart back, got in my truck, started it and looked at the time. It was exactly 8:02p.m. I couldn't believe it. The way I was treated I thought for sure it was at least 8:30. I Will never go back to that location. I will drive the extra 20 miles to the...
Read moreMy mom and her boyfriend where in town the other day and stopped at the bank and went to breakfast at Denny's and went to Fred Meyer and bimart. They dropped the envelope with the rest at bimart and didn't realize tell they got home. And they won't give my mom her own money just because she couldn't say the exact amount that was left after some shopping they did before. I'm not sure why they even counted her money to begin with, and now they are pretty much stealing from a lady that is on SSI, she has cirrhosis of the liver, chrons disease, beginning stages of Alzheimer's, hep c, and more health problems! So don't loose anything at bimart or the employees will do the best they can to not have to give it back to you! I will no longer be a...
Read moreI bought my membership online like I was told to. I didnât know the membership doesnât process immediately nor did I know showing my membership alone doesnât allow me in? I had no problem going through the process if the worker who greeted me wasnât a moody, unprofessional person. She said I could shop and âmaybe my membership will be in the systemâ by the time I was done but her tone was absolutely rude. I 100% did not feel welcomed and even in her time of âproblem solvingâ, she was a very unenthusiastic person who seemed to have an issue because I didnât buy my membership in store. I left immediately because I didnât want to shop somewhere I didnât feel welcomed. Not a great way to welcome someone who literally bought a membership 10 minutes...
