Two mornings in a row I experienced HORRIBLE service. Day 1, I always start my day with Starbucks medium roast. On this day they did not have Pike Place so they gave me Bold. Not a big deal, but the cup I was given the lid wouldn’t seal and it had a hole in the cup. Big mess inside my cup holder/car. Day 2, I went through the drive through and my tab was $5.84. I handed the lady at the window $10.85. I handed the $0.85 first, then the $10 bill. I am expecting $5.01 back. While handing over the change she dropped a quarter which fell under the car. So now she has $10.60. So she goes to give me $4.76 as change back. I said “Excuse me but I gave you $10.85 so I can get $5.01 back.” She said “because the quarter fell she can’t give me $5.01.” Not my fault you dropped the quarter. Read moreWe visited this Starbucks location on the 4th of July. It was quite busy, especially the drive-thru, but the staff remained incredibly accommodating throughout our visit.
We had a couple of hiccups—my older son purchased one of their reusable mugs and wanted to have hot cocoa in it, but the lid wouldn’t close properly. Blanca was so kind and told him he could exchange it for another one.
Then, my 5-year-old accidentally knocked over his hot cocoa, spilling it everywhere. My husband helped clean it up, and without hesitation, the staff made him a new drink.

Read moreWent back after a while and had 2 different gals take my order on separate occasions (changed my review from 1 star to 5*), i think they may have had some turnover but isobelle and megan 🤔 were very much about making the most of the day whether busy or extra busy. When you see so many people throughout the day i can imagine how stressful it is for the workers and that's why i appreciated the courtesy and kindness that was shown. * P.s . I did make my review only after 1 bad experience initially w/o mentioning all the other times i had no problems
