So a little bit of my experience with this company was bad quality with the furniture. Before I knew the owner I had purchased a bump bed for my kids for over $1,000 thinking it would last me a very long time and to my disappointment it lasted a couple months before the rails and everything holding it broke. Years went by and a family member told me about a friend who owned a furniture company so knowing that they trusted him I went in and bought over $3,000 worth of furniture and when I knew that he was the owner I decided to give him another try thinking maybe he had just bought of the business but nope he had been the owner since day 1. With my new furniture my couches tear within the first month I contacted the owner and he said I only had 1 month warranty and it had been a little over so he could no longer do anything about it. So me again being a nice person made another purchase since I had credit with him for over $1,000 bought a day bed and a twin bed again within a month the seam came apart of the day bed and the bed rails holding the twin bed broke. I contacted the owner he did came and fix one thing on the bed and a wheel that broke on my daybed however the bed broke again and he never fixed the seam of the daybed that was coming apart. He has been giving me the run around for months and I strongly believe that the quality of the furniture is not good so to save you a headache please be aware before buying. Furniture was good, delivery was terrible made me late for work after me calling cause they did not show up at scheduled time or even call to let me know they would be late. Separate delivery made my husband loose out on work for the dinning set that was being “unloaded from the truck” and then it didn’t even come on the truck again me making the calls to these people to get answers instead of this company having common courtesy and making calls there customers, finally received the dinning set with a chair that was supposed to be replaced due to a tear and of course I had to call about that and that had to be ordered and I had to wait another week. I purchased through leasing and was offered an extended 6mo after my first payment which would make my payment lower… here I am going on my 2nd payment and seems like they are dodging my calls finally spoke to the owner supposedly he would call it in and get it set up and per my lease app as of today I am set to still pay the high amount for my payment and not on a 6mo term.. definitely will not be returning here for future purchases the communication is terrible but they are very quick to make there sales. Buyers beware! First off i always try my best to leave good honest unbiased reviews and sadly i cannot do this this time. When we filled the paper work for the lease i specifically told the representative that we had leased before and i did not want to pay more after the sofas where paid off. She told me this company did not charge more after being paid off. Yes i have the paperwork and i can prove what i am saying. After a few days we got the paperwork if we took more than 90 days to pay we would be charged almost 3 times more than the initial price. It would have been cool if they kept it real with us and gave us that choice to make not try to hide it. Its al good i didn't call or say anything because i should have done my homework on them it was may fault as well.
