FZ Works - Coworking & Event Space — Attraction in Yardley

I had an uncomfortable experience here. I needed a space urgently due to a stressful day without power, still needing to work, and having my daughter with me. I had paid for passes in October during house construction but hadn't used them. I believed I still had a month with four passes available, so I decided to use them. However, it turned out that the passes weren't valid because I had canceled my subscription. This wasn't clear when I called in October, or I would have requested a refund.

I felt embarrassed by the owner's response in front of other patrons and my daughter, making me feel like I was trying to deceive the business. I sat where another worker told me to, but it turned out to be a more expensive room. This was not my intent, and it was very embarrassing. When the owner approached me about the additional cost, I offered to pay, but he said he had no record of my payment. I showed my receipt, and he explained that canceling the subscription also canceled all pre-paid passes.

Ultimately, he honored my payment after seeing my receipt, but it was humiliating to go through this process in front of others, including him going through the app on my phone. I had planned on checking this location out to use when my team comes into town, but now I will be looking for...

FZ Works is the perfect place for some headspace. Its great to have a large space that isn't a tiny coffee shop table where I can spread out and be able to charge up wherever I'm sitting. They play great (low volume) background music and the design of the space is absolutely stunning. I decided to come in last minute today and the process of signing up and getting the digital door key was so simple, might have taken me less than 2 minutes. I've known the owner for about 8 years now and his attention to detail and passion for creating this beautiful space for the community will always have me...

FZ Works is a wonderful place to host a party. We held our daughter’s first birthday here and it was beautiful! Lesley was very accommodating and helped us in envisioning how a party our size could work in the space (it did and it was perfect) - we had a space for catered food, a bar, multiple large tables and even a conference space for the kids to do crafts. We received multiple compliments on the party and the space itself: the decor, the ceilings and woodwork, the layout/setup, etc. We loved the outcome for such a special day and would definitely consider hosting...
