Vince’s Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Yardley

Ordered on a Friday afternoon at 4:34pm via the Slice, got a text saying expect delivery by 530-540pm. After 90 min, still hadn't received my delivery. Call Vince's to ask for a status. Person tells me order has been out, should get it any minute. Wait out front with my kids for 30 more minutes (we're about 7 min away from Vince's). Call back in (it's now 2 hours since I ordered), they tell me "oh there was a mistake, your food was never made." So I ask why did you tell me 30 min ago it was out and I'd be getting it any minute?? Her answer was "the person who took your call got confused." So I say "I've been waiting 2 hours for nothing?? Cancel it and give me back my money." And she says "I can't do that, you have to call Slice." That was it. No apology, no offer to make it right, nothing. Terrible customer service. I will never order...

We've been going to Vinces for many years and always had a great experience. We decided to order catering for a graduation party and the food and service far exceeded our expectations. Our guests were commenting all night that the food was fantastic. We have a family with a variety of dietary needs. Their menu provides so much variety. We ordered the Mediterranean salmon, chicken piccata, baked ziti, roasted potatoes, chicken fingers and string beans. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and quantity. We weren't clear with them about needing racks and sternos so they didn't deliver them with the food. But we called the restaurant and they were very quick to respond and provide us with what we needed. Would love to see more variety of appetizer options for next year when we cater our next event...

i ordered two orders of fries. and they brought me 4 packets of ketchup which was fine but we needed more so we asked politely for some more and she gave us two. but we still had a whole plate of fries to eat. so we finished the ketchup for the second time and then had to ask for more again very politely. and the worker came out from the back and looked while she talked about us. then she proceeded to give us just two more packets of ketchup which was not enough clearly not going to be enough. when she put down the ketchup she said “that it” meaning that was the last she’d give us. so we finished our fries (without ketchup) while the worker watched us, waiting for us to leave. i am extremely disappointed with there costumer service. and next time i will be going to...
