***2021 UPDATE*** I went to the Vault today around noon and the place was empty. I thought they were closed. Upon entry there was 1 person sitting at the bar and all the tables were empty. Not the best sign. I sat down and waited for my friend. They did not supply menus but provided a QR code to scan. The menu looked simar to the last time I was at the Vault with my old time favorites still there. We ordered the Buffalo cauliflower and pork belly fries along with a watermelon salad and the Cuban sandwich. The Buffalo cauliflower was good but some of the pieces were huge. The pork belly fries were not very good at all. Very little cheese and the pork belly was huge slabs that had hard I assume skin but it was not edible. Very disappointing. The watermelon salad was good but the Cuban sandwich had no flavor but mustard. There was so much mustard I didn't taste any other ingredient. No taste of pork, chorizo, ham or Swiss cheese. Very disappointing. Also being slow the waitress didn't ask for refills on drinks or water. I remember Vault used to walk around and fill your water but we weren't even asked for more drinks. I had a Moscow Mule and asked for another and it came in a tarnished cup that was smaller than my first cup. Very disappointing. I suspect it is the lack of quality of food and staff training that is keeping this place empty at lunch time which used to have people waiting to get in. Very sad to see. I may not return. Lowering my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. ***Original Review*** I have been coming here for over 3 years. I have had almost everything on the menu and I am rarely disappointed. My go to favorites are the Buffalo Cauliflower and Pork Belly Fries for appetizers but if they have soup on the menu definitely order it. The italian meat platter app is also on point. For a main course the pizzas are definitely good. Some of the pizza specialties over the years are hit or miss but the staples are excellent. Get the Brown Sugar Buffalo, Italian Sausage or my personal favorite the Duck Apple. They will make a standard cheese Pizza if you want and will omit items from the food choices if you ask. My all time favorite non Pizza items are definitely the Crab Cake Sliders, the Chicken Sandwich is amazing and when they had the Turkey Sandwich it was the best. One unusual comment about this place is that they have the best tasting water. Seriously I have not had better water anywhere and they use this high quality water to make their beer. Oh the beer. If you like ultra hoppy you may not find it here but variety you will find. I've had probably 50 different beers from here and you can have a new one each week every Tuesday. They have a trial and error beer for 3 dollars a glass. A deal that can't be beat. Now I do believe prices have gone up slightly since I have first started coming here but not by leaps and bounds but a lunch can get pricey with 2 beers an app and a pizza costing you easily 40 dollars but wow is it worth it. The staff is usually very friendly and the place is clean and comfortable feeling. I can't say enough about how awesome this place is. Definitely worth a visit to see what all the fuss is about. You may get hooked like I did.

Culinary Delights and Stellar Service at Vault Brewing Company! Greetings, Bucks County Bytes family! Let me take you on a savory journey I recently embarked upon at the remarkable Vault Brewing Company, an experience that truly deserves every one of the five stars twinkling in the Bucks County culinary sky. From the moment we crossed the threshold, the vibrant atmosphere embraced us like an old friend. It's one thing to walk into a restaurant; it's another to be welcomed into a story, and that's exactly what Vault Brewing offers—a story of flavor, innovation, and unmistakable warmth. Ashley, our server, wasn't just exceptional; she was a maestro, orchestrating our dining experience with grace, charm, and a smile that could outshine the brew tanks. With her guidance, each selection felt personally curated, and her knowledge of the menu was as refreshing as the craft beers they so expertly pour. Then came the pièce de résistance: the Brown Sugar Buffalo Pizza, a symphony of sweet, spicy, and savory notes that danced across the palate with each bite. Will, the maestro behind the scenes, is a true culinary artist. The pizza wasn't just made—it was crafted with passion, each ingredient singing in perfect harmony, leaving us savoring the encore. Thanks Will!!! But the showstopper didn’t stop there. Enter the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza Jawn—a creation so authentically Philly, so rich in flavor, it's like a love letter to the city and its culinary heritage. Every mouthful was a tribute to the cheesesteak legacy, reimagined in a way only Vault Brewing could conceive. Hospitality at Vault isn't just a courtesy; it's a genuine warmth that radiates from every member of the team, making you feel not like a guest, but like family. It's a place where the beer flows, the pizza astounds, and the ambiance makes you linger longer than you planned. So to my followers, if you haven’t ventured into the heart of Yardley to experience Vault Brewing Company, consider this a personal invitation from someone who's just been delighted and dazzled. I'm already looking forward to my next visit—because a place this good isn't just a one-time affair; it's the beginning of a beautiful foodie friendship. Cheers to Ashley, Will, and the entire Vault Brewing crew for an unforgettable experience. Bucks County, this is a gem that sparkles with creativity and a hearty welcome. Until next time, keep savoring the good and the tasty! #BucksCountyBytes #VaultBrewing #FiveStarFlavors #CulinaryAdventure

Vault as a whole really impresses me. They have multiple, fantastic executions of beer, many of which can be found in a wide distribution range. To pair with that they have an impressively talented kitchen and wait-staff that consistently executes food at a high level of quality. If you need more, they also dabble in smokehouse style BBQ at an alternative location in town and have expanded northward with another restaurant location in the increasingly trendy city of Easton, PA. Different food, but same beer. The Yardley management also does an impressive job of actively ensuring guest satisfaction. I have witnessed different managers coaching and navigating staff as well as jumping in, to provide and maintain high levels of service. This place also has one of the most delicious cheese burgers I have ever had. I have ordered it here multiple times and it is consistently executed perfectly. They source fresh beef, use tasty crisp micro-greens, and slap a slice of sharp cheese on top. Cooked as you ordered and dripping of savory beef juice with every bite.

Unfortunately, I have stopped coming here after the behavior of one of the bartender/wait-staff/busboys. When I did visit here, I would order food, have two to three drinks, and then leave, while tipping fairly for the service on the way out. Almost all of the bartending staff do a wonderful job. For some reason the specific credit card I used to pay here became a distraction to this one bartender/wait-staff/busboy. I describe him as that because I have seen him in all of those different roles, and he's not always on bar (and shouldn't be). He went on a rant behind the bar with multiple coworkers about how insignificant my credit card was and that it was "Just a card." Insisting it means nothing and blah blah blah. It's not even a high-net-worth card. You needed top tier credit at the time that I applied for it, but it's been out a while and is by no means an "exclusive" credit card. Anyone with above average credit who wants to go out of their way to apply for one, can do so. Either way, when I have reached the point where the Busboy is trying to talk down on your existence and discredit the method of payment used, it's time to move on. Behavior like this is how you earn a justified dine-and-dash. If you are going to critique and belittle the form of payment I use, out in the open with other staff, then you pay for my meal and drinks next time. I know this place exists in Yardley, so I'm not exactly surprised to get money-shamed in this town, but relax you miserable dingle-berry. Just swipe the card and shut your disrespectful mouth. People are trying to...
