My experience was with Ronnie or Sky. They would not verify who was who when I called to ask for a name. The receipt said Ronnie & the name given was Sky. (They put me on hold & asked why I wanted to know). She was very rude & made me feel super uncomfortable. We got ID checked at the door (no one after us was). When trying on an outfit in the dressing room, the short wide white lady with brown short hair & bandanna (Ronnie or Sky) stood outside the dressing room door the ENTIRE time, not helping anyone else in the store. I had my friend come inside the dressing room to help tie up my corset. Ronnie/Sky immediately told her she couldn’t be in the room with me & the door had to be open. It was super uncomfortable to have the dressing room door open getting a corset tied up while men were shopping around. Dressing rooms are to be private, there is no policy stating doors had to be open when receiving assistance with wardrobe. She said the door had to be open or she had to get out. As a Black young woman it was super uncomfortable & weird to be watched so hard outside the dressing room DOOR. Despite that I still made the purchase of the outfit I tried on. I’m not sure if I was being watched thinking I would be stealing or if it is racial skepticism. Either way my experience was terrible. They were hesitant to give the name for this review - Red flag, hinting they knew they gave me & my friend...

My experience there was so uncomfortable that I am writing a review for the first time. My boyfriend and I went in to browse and the sales associate with the green hair followed us around the store and approached us a total of four times, after we said we were just there to look around. We kept saying we were okay and were obviously trying to show we didn’t need help but she just kept coming back. The fourth time she approached us, we realized we had no choice but to leave. In the middle of a public health emergency, she asked us to pull down our masks and blow on our hands to try out some flavored gel. Then, she pulled down her mask and demonstrated a very deep breath outwards. I will never be coming back...

I have been here a few times and always have a great experience! I've had 3 different sales associates and they were all terrific!! I've been helped with finding an outfit. The girl picked out a couple items and let me try them all on. I told one of the girls I was there shopping for my fiance's birthday and they showed me a bunch of stuff and recommended some really fun things to try. They are really knowledgeable and make you feel at ease here. They have EVERYTHING here! Outfits, shoes, wigs, toys, bondage, games, bachelorette stuff, lotions, candles.... You name it, they have it! I love coming here and grabbing some fun things for...
