This place isn't for me I went for a coworker of mine to get phone cards and the prices are fantastic, but they follow you around like your going to rip them off but I don't blame them due to the area ,it's in really shady area,I definitely would not go there when the sun goes down barely wanted to in daylight , lots of things to choose from though like food from India and china and a little of everything else .not very organized in the least more as a garage sale kinda theme or vibe working you know like "oh yeah " here is a spot, just unload it there, but like I said very inexpensive , just don't expect to go through an isle and check out the inventory because you will be followed .I can't say why but I think that it was because I was a white guy in a India store ,but hey have you ever took a wrong road and thought "oh man this is a bad idea" , well that is how I felt going to this establishment, not welcoming at all but I've been to the projects of Compton and felt safer there, than I did at L A merchandise , but as always just my experience so grab your crew and check it out just don't go by your self , because the prices are fantastic. Let me know what you think...

For non-Indian shoppers--most of the stuff is labeled in English. That said, make sure to brush up on your Indian-language-ingredient-vocab. Lentils are dahl, chickpeas are channa, cumin...
