MercuryBeach House — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

This is the best experience of staying in hotel abroad. When we first came in, we were greeted by the hotel staffs nicely, all of our belongings were picked up and sent to our room. One of the hotel staff, Julie, attended us, and share her whatsapp number told us that she will be the one to attend us for the whole duration of our stays. The hotel lobby might be small, but the rooms are superb and top notch like a 5 stars hotel. The hotel is near to the beach, only 1 min of walk around 50m in distance. Besides the hotel theres a cafe, and also closed-by to a clinic as well. From our room, we could see sun-rose in the morning, the sound of the waves on the beach and it’s so calming with positive vibes while eating breakfast on the balcony. Julie provides us trip package which is cheaper than other online package available. She also helps us to re-arrange shuttle to go back and forth to our desired destination, including the airport. There’s one incident that happened that we will remembered Julies good deeds for life, one of my daughter was having acute allergic reaction and needed medical attention. Julie helps us by calling the doctor in the middle of the night and sent us with motorcycle to the doctor house without any charges and with reasonable treatment price. To summarize the hotel, i will surely booked this hotel again, the staff is friendly and supportive. Julie did helped us a lot on the trips and giving us good guidance. Room was super clean, fresh and spacious for all of us, 11 pax including 2 babies, we feel safe and secure during our stay here. Good job mercury beach house, and hats off to Julie for giving us the best experience...

This hotel is located away from the city centre busier areas of Đà Nẵng, but close to the beach.

We had a two bedroom room that came with air conditioning, ample US/EU power points, tea and coffee facilities as well as crockery and cutlery, clothes hangers and filtered water (there's a machine to fill up downstairs).

There's an unheated indoor pool on the ground floor, as well as washer and driers.

Staff are 6 one lady in particular was very helpful in giving us advice and options for things to do around Đà Nẵng. Note that there's a nearby karaoke venue that at night time can have patrons who sing and it's quite loud and can be heard in the hotel - and the people we heard during our stay were pretty bad.

Our stay at the MercuryBeach House has exceeded our expectations, especially when you consider the rates that we paid. The service from the establishment was more than we can ask for. Every morning that we left, the staff would always ask us if we needed anything to be cleaned up, food recommendations, or even assisted us with calling a Grab for the first time. The stay was pleasant, even though we were right across from the beach, the pool was nice to swim in as well. They are very family-friendly, and I will continue to recommend this stay to anyone who is traveling...
