24 Jan 2025 So yesterday afternoon, after I updated my review, they downgraded me to another room. They said it was because the room I paid for wasn't available when I arrived, which is an odd practice, but cool, I get it. However, this new room had the same freezing water problem, so I went to reception to ask them to get someone to fix it. They promised someone would; however, at midnight when I took a shower, the water was as cold as ice after waiting 30 minutes with the tap open, hoping it would become hot. This morning, I contacted them again, and I was told there is no hot water in the hotel—the same thing I was told the first time I arrived. I'm livid, to be honest. The hotel does not train its staff, and it appears they are cutting costs on hot water for selected guests because this makes no sense. They had fixed the hotel water situation in the other room, and now it's back to the hotel not offering hot water? Furthermore, upon inspection, I paid for a partial sea view, and the rooms with partial sea views are on the higher floors. Therefore, I did not receive what I paid for. 23 Jan 2025 Review update: After the hotel responded to my review, I contacted reception to have maintenance check the water heater in my room because they said it gets up to 60 degrees Celsius. They came to look at it, and later in the evening when we showered, the water was warm but definitely not 60 degrees; at most, it was 12 degrees (with no cold water running), a significant change from the freezing cold showers we had for the first two days. We are booked here for at least eight nights. I will update my review if they keep their promise to improve. For now, I upgraded my review from one star to two stars. 21 Jan 2025 review The hotel says it offers a concierge, but it does not. When we arrived, the security guard saw us struggling with our six large pieces of luggage and picked one up from the entrance to the reception, as there are stairs leading up to reception. Thereafter, I struggled while he watched me take all my luggage, one by one, up to my room. Secondly, there are no hot showers at this hotel. It is now winter in Da Nang, and I have caught a cold because of this, which is turning our holiday into a nightmare. Lastly, the breakfast is a disaster. Firstly, their breakfast schedule is completely a joke; it starts from 06:00-09:00. Nowhere else in the world is it that early. This means we had to wake up very early to get the food we paid for, and because our flights arrived very early in the morning on the day of our arrival, we were too exhausted to make it to breakfast. The hotel would lose nothing if they extended it to 11:00; it would only be more convenient for their guests. Secondly, the food options are very limited, with little effort to provide variety for guests, as this is meant to be a buffet. Hopefully, the hotel will change its menu daily. Lastly, I am seriously questioning the hygiene, as most of the food had hair in it, and almost all the guests were coughing without covering their mouths. There is no proper airflow, as all the windows are closed, and the only air coming in is from the door. You can smell a stuffy stench as you walk in. Parents allowed their children to take food with their hands and later put it back using their hands. In this time, with another virus outbreak in Asia, this experience is extremely scary. Overall, the male receptionist's service upon our arrival made me consider a higher rating, but everything that happened afterward makes it hard to change my rating. Considering the many other things I did not mention, my rating remains unchanged.

The overall cleanliness of the property was acceptable, although we did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. Specifically, the air-conditioning in our room was not functioning correctly, and the wooden floor was showing some wear and tear. We were initially informed that the pool closed at 7 PM, but when we requested access at 6:15 PM, we encountered some resistance. However, after some discussion, we could access the pool at 6:30 PM and were permitted to use it until 7:30 PM, which we appreciated. The breakfast restaurant is located on the second floor and offers a variety of dishes to choose from. Additionally, the property's location was very convenient, with a convenience store nearby for any forgotten items and other restaurants in the area offering high-quality seafood. One of the property's best features was its beachfront location, which made it easy for us to enjoy a day at the beach.

Quiet location. Far from downtown. Just cross the road and can reach to the beach. We took the seaview room of 3 persons for 229.58 SGD. One queen size bed and one single bed. Breakfast is also included with local foods. Noodle is always one of them. We stayed there for 6nights. Different Noodle for each day. Fried egg, they freshly made in front of you. For beverage, water, orange juice, soy milk, coffee, and tea. It would be better if they provide milk. Coffee needs to be made with condensed milk. No sugar. Juice and Soy Milk, it was like mixing with too much water. I needed a sweeter one. Bathroom drainage got problem but they came and fixed immediately. Swimming Pool is also clean.

Horrible experience. They are scammers and stole money from our room. Unclean, found a dead cockroach.

We had a reservation with Booking. When we arrived they didn't respect the agreed price and tried to overcharge us. When we explained to them that the agreed price is the price of Booking they came up with some extra fee for tourists. We have been traveling through Vietnam for a while and we know for a fact that such a tourist fee doesn't exist. All they had to say was "We are so sorry, we are so sorry, etc."

After we entered our room we found a dead cockroach behind the toilet. Later we discovered that there is no hot water in the shower.

They stole money from our room. About 50 dollars in local currency. I had kept the money in a bag, so the cleaning crew (?) must have been so bold as to actively search my bag in order to find the money. This is completely unacceptable! Of course, the hotel was unable to help and the only thing they said was "We are so sorry, we are so sorry".

When we checked out they again attempted to scam us. This time they claimed that we had to pay the breakfast, even though this was included in our Booking reservation.

As soon as we left the building the hotel cancelled our reservation on Booking, claiming that we never showed up, so now we are unable to write to Booking about this horrible experience.

This hotel is the worst hotel we have ever been to. They are dishonest, liars, thieves and crooks. We hope they will one day get what they deserve, get arrested and...

I made a reservation for a partial sea-view family room for five nights following my wife's eight-night stay. We were downgraded to a room without a view, despite my booking confirmation clearly indicating a partial sea view. The hotel claimed no such rooms were available. Furthermore, for a significant portion of our stay, we lacked hot water for showers, a fact confirmed by the reception staff. I contacted Trip.com to report this unfair treatment and apparent misrepresentation. Only after this intervention were we provided with the correct room and hot water service.I do not recommend this hotel. I saw their concierge help all guests of other races but refused to help me with my 6 pieces of large luggage. This hotel has treated us differently because of our race, and furthermore, the lack of proper ventilation, closed windows, and crowded breakfast room created a significant health risk, posing a potential medical emergency. Consequently, we avoided breakfast following my illness after my third visit.I paid for a different hotel and will be staying there...
