Phu Quoc Ocean Pearl Hotel — Attraction in Phú Quốc

While visiting phu quoc, we went to the skybar at top of this hotel.. |It's a nice bar area, with a DJ pumping out some tunes..|These turns did seem very dated, is as much that some of the tunes are many yrs old, and not upto date..|But, get past that and the floor area is a good size, and the perimeter glass panels allow you to see what's around the skyline..|BUT..!!!!!|Here's something that not only disappointed my wife and myself, but made us both feel.very uncomfortable and basically we felt we had to leave...|4 young people, who had obviously had alot to drink before entering this bar, we sucking in the large gas balloons that create people to go a bit unstable on their feet..|TWICE one customer was held up by a staff member or he would've collapsed onto the floor..|So who in right mind would allow such behaviour yet alone ENCOURAGE it.!!!.|So we paid our bill and left..|A table of 6 people left just before us...|So for some short sightedness by bar staff, in allowing this too happen, they lost us and others and our custom.|We could've stayed there happily drinking cocktails for a hour or two..|But this alarmed us and we didnt want any part of it..|It is a nice bar, BUT!!!..|I hope the management read this and STOP! |Selling these dam...

Beautiful suite with a king bed and two twin beds separated by a wall partition, good for families and couples. Two separate bathrooms. Nice and clean with provided towels, tooth brushes, combs, q tips, shower gels, all wrapped up individually. Each rooms have separate air conditioning units with independent controls. The units are quiet and cold enough to leave the fan on low. Free breakfast buffet is included. The buffet is huge and have many selections. It also have meeting rooms and party rooms for karaoke parties etc. It also have a small gym at the lobby of the B building. It's not in an air conditioned room and the air is very humid all day in Phu Quoc. We stayed here because it's close by to Cho Dem Phu Quoc and the price is cheap for this 5 stars rated hotel. It is cheaper and half the price of the hotels facing the ocean front which is across the street. You can cross the street to see the ocean without paying double for those hotels having the ocean front view. I highly recommend this hotel for its clean big rooms and big breakfast buffet that is included...

12월 28일~30일 2박 숙박을 하였고 저녁에 체크인을 했습니다. 늦은 시간에 체크인을 해서 피곤하여 바로 잠을 잤고 다음날 아침에 바닥을 보니 개미가 많은 게 아니겠어요? 1살 된 아기가 있어서 룸실 변경이나 취소를 요했으나 방이 없다. 아고다에서 예약해서 취소가 불가능하다 답변뿐.. 말이 통하지 않았고 시간이 지체된 만큼 여행 계획은 틀어졌습니다. 너무 화나서 계속 컴플레인 거니깐 방이 없다더니 옮겨준다고 해서 양보한다 생각하고 옮겼는데 옮긴 곳도 개미가 있고 창문은 닫았지만 벌여져서 벌레가 들어올 수 있는 공간이 있는 겁니다. 이 부분에 대해 관리자에게 말했고 관리자는 수리해놓은다고 했지만 그대로였고 급한 대로 저희가 조치를 했습니다. 그리고 개미가 한두 마리라서 그냥 넘어갔는데 문제는 밖에 나가려고 엘리베이터 탔는데 고장으로 멈췄고 저희 가족은 10분가량 5층 엘리베이터에 갇혀있었습니다. 이 부분도 항의를 했지만 죄송하다고 할 뿐... 진짜 4성급이 이 정도라니 최악.. 살면서 이런 호텔 처음 와봅니다. 앞으로 예약하시는 분은 방에 개미가 없는지... 잘 보세요. 몸에 올라타고 캐리어에 들어갑니다. 그리고 엘리베이터에 갇힐 수 있으니 조심하세요.

I stayed for two nights from December 28th to 30th and checked in in the evening. I checked in late so I slept right away because I was tired, and the next morning I looked at the floor and there were a lot of ants, right? I had a 1-year-old baby, so I asked to change or cancel the room, but there was no room. I made a reservation at Agoda and couldn't cancel it. Just an answer.. I couldn't communicate and my travel plans went wrong because of the delay. I was so angry that I kept complaining that I didn't have a room, but I thought I'd give up because I was moving, but I moved because there were ants in the place I moved, and the windows were closed, but there was a space for bugs to come in. I told the manager about this, and the manager said it would be fixed, but it remained the same and we took action as soon as possible. And there were one or two ants, so I just moved on, but the problem was I got in the elevator to go outside, but it stopped because it broke down and my family was stuck in the elevator on the 5th floor for about 10 minutes. I complained about this part, but I'm just sorry... It's the worst... I've never been to a hotel like this before in my life. If you're making a reservation from now on, make sure there's no ants in the room... Look carefully. Get on your body and go into the carrier. And be careful as you can get stuck in the elevator.

Tôi đã ở 2 đêm từ ngày 28 đến ngày 30 tháng 12 và đã check in vào buổi tối. Vì check-in lúc muộn nên tôi mệt quá nên đã ngủ ngay, sáng hôm sau nhìn xuống sàn không phải là có nhiều kiến sao? Vì có em bé 1 tuổi nên đã yêu cầu thay đổi hoặc hủy phòng nhưng không có phòng. Chỉ có câu trả lời là không thể hủy vì đã đặt chỗ ở Agoda. Vì không thể nói chuyện được và thời gian bị trì hoãn nên kế hoạch du lịch đã bị đảo lộn. giận quá cứ than phiền mãi không có phòngTôi nghĩ rằng tôi sẽ nhượng bộ vì họ nói rằng tôi sẽ di chuyển, và tôi đã di chuyển, nơi tôi di chuyển có kiến, cửa sổ đóng lại, nhưng nó được mở ra và có chỗ cho côn trùng đi vào. Tôi đã nói với người quản lý về vấn đề này và người quản lý nói rằng sẽ sửa chữa nó, nhưng nó vẫn như cũ và chúng tôi đã xử lý nhanh chóng. Và chỉ có một hoặc hai con kiến, và vấn đề là tôi đã đi thang máy để ra ngoài và dừng lại vì trục trặc, và gia đình tôi bị mắc kẹt trong thang máy tầng 5 khoảng 10 phút. Mình cũng đã phản đối phần này nhưng chỉ nói xin lỗi thôi... 4 sao mà cao cỡ này thì đúng là tệ thật. Đây là lần đầu tiên trong đời tôi đến một khách sạn như thế này. Sau này những người đặt phòng có kiến hay không... Nhìn kỹ nhé. Leo lên người rồi chui vào vali. Và có thể bị mắc kẹt trong thang máy nên...
