We booked 2 ocean view rooms for 3 nights. We were given 1 room on the 5th floor with ocean view; however, we were given the 2nd room on the 8th floor (805) with only partial ocean view. We were told they were fully booked. Room on the 5th floor was fine, but room 805 was dirty, especially the floor. There was no chair or desk in the room. One of the nightstand drawers doesn't closed, so they tried to stuff it with tissue papers. The balcany has no chair either. The AC was struggling to cool the room. Since it was late and we were tired from traveling, we decided to accept the room. Turns out there was no hot water, only tepid water. The AC didn't cool down the room even thou its thermostat reads 16 celsius. The entire night felt more like 27 degree. Last, during the morning hours, there was hardly any water for a shower. We called the reception desk, and was told they will search for other available room. An hour later, we went to the reception desk since no one called us back regarding room's availability. To make a long story short after they told us they have no other room, we told them we will check-out and demanded a refund. Voila!! They now have a replacement room with full ocean view on the 6th floor! The ocean view was awesome. The location was great, but the fact that they did the bait-and-switch on us, we will definitely not be returning. The hotel needs to hire a lot more cleaning staff because the place is grimy, especially the breakfast areas...

We had such a wonderful stay at HAYA — our whole family (aged 5 to 88) was genuinely impressed by the service! From the moment we booked on Booking.com, Amy at the front desk was super friendly and proactive. She reached out right away to confirm our arrival/departure details and any special requests we might have. She made everything so smooth and easy!
Breakfast was a daily treat — a nice buffet with tasty options, including made-to-order eggs and delicious pho. The breakfast staff were always warm, polite, and cheerful — such a great way to start the day. Our room was also cleaned impressively fast every day — one time we just stepped out for lunch and came back to a spotless room. It made coming back each day feel fresh and relaxing.
The swimming pool was super clean and the water temperature was perfect, day or night. The hotel’s location is also a big plus — there’s a free shuttle bus just a short walk from the entrance, and tons of restaurants nearby. It’s definitely the kind of place we’d consider for a longer stay.
Even on our last day, when we had to leave super early to catch a flight, Amy helped arrange the airport transfer and the breakfast team packed us a delicious breakfast to take with us, along with some nice parting gift!
Huge thanks to Amy and the whole...
Read moreI’ve really enjoyed staying at your hotel it’s one of the best in Vietnam I truly love it! Excellent value for money. |Wish I wasn’t leaving early||The staff are so wonderful, they paid close attention to detail after my first breakfast request and continued to provide it without me asking every day since that first day! The breakfast buffet is so good too.||I loved the sound of the ocean at night in the apartment. The view of the ocean is amazing too. It’s peaceful and quiet in the room I stayed in. The room is modern and immaculately clean, I notice it (how clean it is) because I have allergies and every other hotel I been too there’s always dust etc but it just felt so great to stay here. The beach is close, shops are close. The bed is so comfortable too.||I don’t have any negatives about this hotel it’s honestly 5 star in my opinion. I’ve been to Vietnam and stayed in a lot of different places in the last 3 months (I left for Europe and returned again). I’ll be coming back to this hotel again that’s for sure! ||Thank you to all of the staff at Haya you do...
