Beautiful place, friendly staff and nice rooms!|This place is a hidden gem between all the clones of luxury hotels and shabby looking low prices hotels. We're here in rain season, so it's probably different in high season, but for now we almost have this place to ourselves! The pool is clean, nice and a good size, the area is green and beautiful and the staff is helpful, nice and always available. They helped us booking different tours around the island.|Food and drinks are cheap, always available and put directly on your bill.|There's a couple of chickens and puppies running around, which makes it even cozier.|There's good air con in the rooms.|Can really recommend it, and for the price it's fantastic!!|This place is a hidden gem between all the clones of luxury hotels and shabby looking low prices hotels. Rather 3,5 stars from me, but you can only review with full stars 😉 ||We stayed 3 nights at Sen Lodge Bungalow and you can trust the pictures, it looks exactly like that. Everything is green and jungle-like, the pool is very nice and the whole location is beautiful. We had a bungalow at the entrance and yes, they could have an upgrade some day as the wood suffers a bit from rain and weather but it’s a house of wood, so what do you expect? |One really annoying thing was the noise during the night: next to us, there was the main house where the family lives and there was always a woman on the veranda at night watching videos on her phone very loudly. And prepare for the horrible karaoke from the neighbors building. |Second: during breakfast, the guy who was serving us was smoking all the time, also when he was checking our food etc. Sorry, that’s a no go. I know, it belongs to their culture and I don’t have anything against smokers, but when you work with guests and food you should just do a quick break, smoke one, and come back to do your job. |Everything else was really good, we rented a scooter for 2 days, everything worked well and the lady from the reception was also quite friendly. Considering the price, Sen lodge is a really good choice especially compared to all those upcoming mega resorts. We should support places like that on Phu Quoc as long as they are existing...|But they could work on the mentioned details just to keep it a unique place :) and the sleeping time for people on vacation is quite important, so maybe there are ways to reduce the...
