In our two weeks here we did sth we usually never do. We ate nearly every day once oder twice here. The Reason: everything is tasty for that good price and family is very much working from early morning till late night and always that heardwarming friendly. We didn’t find something like that again in Vietnam since we left 2 weeks ago. We are still talking about finding something like z cafe. We tried braised pork (this is great), Vietnamese Curry, banana pancake, Burger, spaghetti carbonara, rice with ..., cheese filled pork, enchiladas, coconut coffee, shakes, egg coffee, nearly everything. When we were asking where we could buy those Anti Moskito smoke thing, they made us a big package as gift. This place must be crowded but it wasn’t most of the times. But if , it takes a little bit longer. So if nearly most tables are full just come again later.
We wish good costumers to you guys and a big thank. „Dankeschön“...
Read moreI almost hate that I found this restaurant on my first day in Phu Quoc. Z's had an absolute chokehold on me for the entire week I spent on the island. Everytime I thought to try a new place, I would always end up going here. It has everything needed to be a great restaurant: quality food, decent portions, affordable prices, vegan/veg options, delicious cocktails, fresh fruit smoothies, amazing coffee, friendly staff, and a beautiful atmosphere. I made friends here, brought friends with me and enjoyed sitting in solitude surrounded by greenery. My favorite friend I made was the chicken who frequents this place because he also knows it is the best food around. After traveling in Vietnam for 5 months, I finally found the best restaurant and it happened to be right next to Lana's Land homestay (best spot to stay at on the island). Thank you to the entire team for always welcoming me...
Read moreThis place is a hidden gem! Food was delicious, service superb and place was very cosy. We were out of season so not many customers were there but I have no doubt service is excellent each time. The place is run by a family and both owners were extremely nice and helpful.
We took Vietnamese curry which was packed with prawns, braised fish which was steaming hot, chilli fish and fish with passion fruit sauce. All dishes were delicious and so far the best we had in Vietnam. Pancakes for desert were more like crepes abut very well balanced and sweet (fruits were inside). Smoothies we took were mode of real fruits and I can truly recommend ice teas...
