Food Lovers Market | Levy Mall — Attraction in Lusaka Province

When I am in Lusaka and around the Levy Junction Mall, it's always a must for me to pass through the Food Lovers Market and get fresh foodstuffs especially their loaf of bread 😍 and of course some Vox water!. They have excellent customer care, fresh vegetables and fruit. Their meat and meat products are fresh too, the bakery section is excellent as one can find fresh baked goodies. And the prices for their items are affordable. Plus I love it that every time I am doing my shopping it's never crowded thereby allowing one to shop freely. The store is kept clean...

Very poor customer service from the bakery section by one individual I always find. He's so ignorant and doesn't know how to handle customers well. I was there last week Friday to buy bread and this one employee whose short dark skinned and thin body wise had to respond very poor poorly. As staff, try to address these issues and monitor how your people behave.
