Import Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

First off i wish I could give this place 6 stars. we had their house blend pour over coffee, hands down the best coffee I’ve had in Argentina and one of the best I’ve had on the 4 different continents I’ve been. I bought a few bags to bring back to Macedonia. Then there was the vegan banana bread which is super delicious as well as the vegan apple muffin. We also had the vegan alfajor which is good and the delicious avocado toast. With a really cool style, good music and great baristas this place made our day. Exactly what we were looking for and even better. We went twice while in Buenos Aires and we’ll for sure be back again! This is on my top list of coffee shops. Definitely one of our favorites. Be sure to visit this place. Can’t wait to return and try...

Hola, cómo están? Les escribo para comentarles sobre una situación que me acaba de suceder en la sucursal de Microcentro, Av. Corrientes 802.

Hace minutos estaba yendo a mi oficina y decidí pasar al café a usar el baño, pedí permiso a uno de los tres empleados que había y me dijo que no podía porque era solo para clientes. Pedí hablar con el gerente ya que hay una resolución en CABA que habilita a usuarios que no consumen en el local a acceder al baño. ABAJO

Resolución nº 46798/CjD/93 que afirma en su artículo 1°: "El Departamento Ejecutivo a través de los organismos técnicos correspondientes, intimará a los propietarios de confiterías, bares, restaurantes, salones de té, etc., de esta Ciudad, para que acorde a las disposiciones vigentes liberen el uso de las instalaciones sanitarias para toda aquella persona que así lo solicite haya o no efectuado consumición".

El "gerente" me contesta de muy mala manera lo siguiente "te dejo pasar pero pedime las cosas bien".

Realmente sentí que esto fue una falta de respeto y hasta me sentí amenazado, le había pedido permiso de buena manera y me habían dicho que no, por eso les comenté sobre esta resolución y hasta me ofrecí a mostrarselas. Finalmente, fui al baño, pero antes de eso tuve que atravesar esta situación engorrosa y violenta por parte del staff y su falta de capacitación. Espero ser...

If you like coffee, I highly recommend although I will caveat that unlike fancy coffeeshops elsewhere, the focus is on method, not necessarily variety of coffees available.
