L'Queen Hostel — Hotel in Salta

Stayed here for about ten days. In the week the price was 2500 pesos, in the weekend it was 3000. The hostel is quite small and it was difficult to enter: on multiple occasions there's nobody here during the day (which I liked after a while but can be problematic). My room had six beds and was located at the street side, which made some noise during the day as you're in the center of Salta. A few nights I also had people just having conversations in the middle of the night in the room. One bathroom was quite good and private though the hot water depended on whether the boiler had any. With a lot of people in the hostel, you might have to take a cold shower. Shower curtain would occasionaly come down.The main living room was also a smoking area, which is nice if you smoke. Kitchen was small but fine. Karolina was very kind and helpful with anything you'd ask her. The atmosphere was generally chill. The other receptionist was quite inappropriate when he drank alcohol, though he apologized. Location is great, being so close to the main plaza and across this beautiful church.

Es el primer hostel antiporro al que fui en mi vida ( aunque sea legal con tratamientos medicos ) . No te aclaran las reglas al llegar. De 5 veces que me bañé , 4 salió el agua tibia/fría. No saben manejar situaciones de conflicto y te echan en cara que " escabias hasta tarde ? " Me robo la billetera un " huesped " y solo vinieron a culparme a mi porque reaccione con bronca y calentura a la situación ( la recupere por mi cuenta ) tengo testigos que les explicaron la situacion y su dueño mariano entendió, pero Carolina la otra dueña no, es una buena persona, pero no tiene perfil para manejar un hostel. Me tuve que ir, siendo discapacitado , ya que no podés estar tranquilo con tus cosas en un lugar donde hay ladrones y nadie hace nada, la cultura del hostel es otra cosa. No es lugar recomendable para gente del palo. Pónganse...

Hicimos una reserva en Radical Store para guardar nuestra valija ahí y a pesar de estar en el horario acordado, no habia nadie y el lugar estaba cerrado. Me contaté con la persona por celular y me dijo de volver "a partir de las 10", por lo que tuve que irme y volver mas tarde. Volvi 10:30 y nuevamente no había nadie en el lugar. Vuelvo a contactar a la persona y se excusó con que habiamos dicho a las 10, cuando ella dijo A PARTIR de esa hora y, al supuestamente ser un hostel (no sé que es porque por fuera no tiene ni un cartel), imaginé iba a estar abierto, pues no. Todo muy poco profesional, no me hospedaría en un antro que ni cartel tiene ni de casualidad. Si asi se manejan por una valija, ni me imagino...
