We had a terrible experience at this so-called hotel, which was more like a guesthouse. Facilities such as the shared kitchen, advertised on the hotel’s website, were actually a dirty little room of about 4 square meters. The hotel staff were extremely rude and arrogant.||We had booked four rooms at this hotel through Booking.com for 8 nights, but as soon as we arrived, the receptionist angrily asked us to cancel the reservation and pay them in cash, claiming that the hotel owner had not paid them for two months. In the end, they gave us the keys to three rooms and refused to give us the fourth room. This was very strange and upsetting for us, and since we were a large group, we had to move to another hotel without getting our money back.||In terms of facilities, the hotel was very poor: the ceilings in one of the rooms were damp and the plaster was peeling, to the point that it was frightening and looked like it could collapse.
